其實是一個家庭旅館，乾淨還是蠻乾淨的，但是附近有一個海灘的海景還算不錯的！

Had a fabulous 4 night stay at this wonderful Guest House. Really great views from the moment you walk out the front door. It is located at the top of the many hills that make up Lyme Regis. Cooked breakfast was a real treat, but there are a number of other options available. Both the owners were extremely friendly with great advice on where to go and what to do. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at the Kersbrook for two nights at New Year, while we visited Lyme Regis and the beautiful Jurassic Coast. It's a warm and comfortable family- owned b&b, with a friendly, helpful team. Our room was clean and quiet. Great breakfast, with a wide choice including full English, kippers and cereals/ fruit/ yoghurt. There is private parking at the back with good- sized spaces. Many thanks to Alex for being an excellent host!

This is a lovely traditional little seaside-town B&B. We had comfy beds in a clean & cosy room and they served us a cracking breakfast. It's just a short walk from the town centre and on a quiet road. Off-road parking at the rear is welcome. Nice people to deal with. Thank you for a nice stay.

Lovely quirky hotel but we were disappointed by the tiny room, en-suite and shabby furniture. Breakfast was very poor, limited choice for Full English and no pastries as advertised. The eggs were either overcooked or undercooked. Also be warned it is a steep climb up the hill to the hotel!

Lovely to met by the owner Alex - like walking into a place that wraps its arms around you - rooms cosy and comfortable - breakfast really good and nothing too much trouble - close to everything in Lyme - nags head and the volunteer are good proper pubs - will definitely return

Highly recommended. The hotel is lovely, as is the garden which is available for guests. Very comfortable, clean, well aired room with a comfy bed and good bathroom arrangement. The team were excellent: friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The host and the breakfast team leader both did a great job. The hotel is ideally situated for Lyme Regis, and the surrounding area. We had a great time. Thank you all 🌟

Lovely home from home feel. Alex and his family are so friendly and helpful. Lovely setting and sea views. Nice to have free onsite parking too! The bedroom had everything you need for a night away. Breakfast was tasty and cooked to order, with fresh fruit too. Would recommend and will definitely return.

Lovely guest house, just off the town center. I was the only one there for most of my stay (it was off season), so it was very quiet and peacful. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and the room was clean and well maintained. Overall 10/10

Booked at the last minute, I’m so pleased we did, tastefully decorated, warm and cosy, and very helpful staff. Within easy reach of the beach and all the bars , restaurants The breakfast was gorgeous, not often you get a choice of fish and it just melted in your mouth. If we get to Lyme Regis again this would be my first stop

Perfekte Lage, ruhige, familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und täglich gute Beratung zu Wanderungen rund um Lyme. Sehr gut geschlafen. Unsere Vorstellungen wurden weit übertroffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A nice hotel at the top of the hill. Owners were both very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Only complaint was not having a decent blind on the bathroom window. Frosted glass and a net curtain really wasn't enough. Cosy, thatched guest hotel but not for those who may struggle up the hills.

We enjoyed this peaceful b&b just a little bit away from the main drag of Lyme Regis. Breakfast were ample and tasty, and the room was plenty spacious and attractive. The proprietors were kind and helpful, and on-site parking was a nice benefit.

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast ,we really enjoyed our visit. Most accommodating to all our needs. Good location, close to the centre of Lyme Regis, easy walk into town a little more challenging uphill on the return. Most of Lyme Regis is up and down so no surprise there.

We had a very nice stay here great location & easy on site parking.Very friendly & welcoming & an excellent breakfast very hot quality ingredients.Our room had a very comfy bed but the furnishings & decor were a bit tired especially the cushions on the bed.Our only criticism & I know its being picky is everywhere was very dusty when I had to plug in the clock radio behind the bedside table it was really in need of a clean/vacum so just up your housekeeping efforts a little & all would be A1.Would stay again.
