We were very nicely surprised by this lovely house, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Den was very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was preordered the night before, with a great choice. Food was fresh and tasty. We will visit again.

An extremely pleasant stay, welcomed by Den with tea and cake. Breakfast pre-order which may not suit some people, but extremely tasty and good variety. Lovely Accommodation very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Plenty of on-site parking.

Very nice place, spotless accommodation with very good facilities, plenty of parking available on-site. We had a cup of tea and cake on arrival and although needed an early breakfast this was all arranged the day before. Very quiet, we had a great nights sleep.

What a fabulous place to stay! Our room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed for a great nights sleep, a perfect en-suite and the breakfasts were superb. We had a great welcome from Den . The decor is really lovely and there was a peaceful atmosphere. It is set in beautiful grounds with a pretty view.

This was an unexpected delight. A very cozy home with some great shared spaces. There is a great deal of land in the back where you can go and explore on their private property. It is a future forest and has nice trails and tables and chairs you can use to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cigar, far from the house. The cottage and rooms are spotless and all the accomodations, pillows, beds, towels, sheets are five-star. We had a very comfortable room. The proprietor was a terrific person, very interested in our comfort and enjoyment throughout our stay. The afternoon we arrived, he greeted us with a flat white coffee and Mary Berry's lemon bread. It was very tasty, as you would expect. The breakfasts were excellent, cooked to order, healthy and sumptuous. It was an excellent value that delivered way more than expected. I am looking forward to returning to the UK, and staying once again at this cozy and authentic retreat. Lympstone is a charming coastal town with much to see and appreciate. We had dinner at The Swan, which was excellent and had a great menu, while not expensive. It was bustling, but not too busy, and made for a memorable meal.

A warm welcome awaits at The Old Dairy in Lympstone. It is a great choice for a holiday. The room was relaxing, tastefully decorated, with a sofa and such a comfortable bed. Everything you need is thoughtfully provided. The best ingredients at breakfast set us up to make the most of each day. We left the car on their drive and walked or used easy and frequent public transport to enjoy surrounding places. The first evening we wandered down to The Swan for an excellent dinner and watched the sun set over the estuary. Exmouth (under 10 min bus ride) offers a long stretch of golden sands, lots of places to eat, or relax over coffee looking at the boats in the harbour. But it is the hospitality and the comfort of the room that will call you back to stay again.

A lovely warm welcome upon arrival set the tone for a brilliant few days down in Exmouth. The host (Den) was very polite and friendly. When we arrived, it was later than planned (due to traffic), but the lovely welcome put us at ease for the entire stay. Not only were the hosts lovely, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. And ultimately, the main thing for any B&B (for me at least) is the night's sleep. Here, no problems. The bed was really comfortable. Overall, a lovely stay. Lovely hosts. Lovely room. Basically, lovely.

All round good experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Den who immediately offered us tea/coffee/cake, which was most welcome after a long drive. A small hiccup with the arrival time (my fault entirely, not The Old Dairy's) had been resolved without any drama. Breakfast was spot on. 5 is a rarity from me, but this definitely deserved it.

Top rate bed and breakfast. Very comfortable, clean and fresh. Excellent breakfasts and friendly welcoming host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Ideally situated for beautiful walks.
