房間都是套房對於我們有小孩的家庭這樣的酒店很適合，king size 的床很舒服。酒店離周圍的商業購物廣場也很近。

What a nice place to stay! The room was spacious. The breakfast was good. The service was great. What more can you ask for?!

Delightful front desk receptionist. Same with our waiter in the bar. We arrived late and needed something to eat and we were pleased we could get something onsite. Room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the city (18th floor). Thank you, Westin!

We were given a handicap room - my husband is 6’2”. We did not request a handicap room. Also they said I couldn’t get my hilhon points because I booked w *******

Mattress a little too soft. I felt like I was down in a wallow when I woke up. But, we have enjoyed all our stays here and would recommend it despite that mattress….

We love this place but they need to fix the elevators! The end elevators have been out of order for years.

We had a lovely time. The pool was really the only disappointment. Love to use it. Too many teens causing smaller children not able to go in do to the aggressive horseplaying. Pool had to be closed next morning we assume for chemical imbalance after the amount of people in there the day before. Not hotels fault. Still awesome time was had.

Easy access, very friendly and helpful staff. Had to add an extra night, and desk clerk made sure I got the same room, saving me the hassel of a change of location. The Sports bar and breakfast staff were also very nice and attentive. All in all, a very nice stay.
