里昂蒙坦波城市國際公寓-原湯波利姆(Residence Montempo Lyon Cite Internationale)

수건 침대 상태 괜찮았어요. 하지만 5박을 묵는데 룸클리닝 없이 수건 4개로 버티라 하고 수건 더 받으려면 추가요금 받는건 충격이네요. 거미가 두마리 천장에 집을지었어요. 환풍기는 먼지투성이였어요. 샴푸 바디워시 없고 정체모를 펌프세제만 있었는데 이건 한국과 다른 문화차이일지 모르겠군요. 처음 방문당시 입구를 찾는 것에 큰 어려움이 있었어요. 직원들은 친절했어요. 엘리베이터가 하루 빼고 다 고장나서 직원용을 이용했어요.

We got an apartment for families without division into zones. However, when we booked, pictures of the apartment had a wall. Living with two adults and two teenagers in one room was uncomfortable. It was not proposed to compensate it somehow.

호텔만큼의 청결 및 서비스는 아니지만 레지던스의 편리함을 잘 갖추고 있습니다. 장기 숙박의 경우 추기 수건 등을 좀 더 원활히 제공하여 주었으면 하는 아쉬움은 있습니다, 전반적으로는 만족합니다.

The location with several hotels in the area that provided places to eat meals and pick up other food was outstanding. The front desk at the hotel would do well to put together a list of places to eat both in the immediate area and across the river, which is adjacent to the hotel.

Very clean, modern, comfortable accommodations. Staff is young and friendly, although I interacted with them in French, they look perfectiy capable of conversing in English. Love the proximity to the large park. A bit far for walking to downtown Lyon, but public transportation is upfront. For people coming by car, parking and hotel signage is non existant. I did struggle to figure out which parking entrance and deck level to choose, where to exit to get to hotel lobby. There were plenty of signs to other hotels but not to this hotel. Overall, great place and great stay.

Perfect base for a couple of days passing through Lyon. Easy to park and ideal for exploring the Tete d’Or. Rooms were clean and had had good amenities, easy access using key cards.

Super équipé, tres prore et accueillant en face du parc de la tete d or pres du bus. Allez y les yeux fermés
