위치도 좋고 직원들도 친절했습니다

Ravie de l’accueil chaleureux et attentionné de l’équipe et plus particulièrement de Sylvianne, cela devient rare et c’est très appréciable. Chambre à la literie ultra confortable, c’est ce que je recherche avant tout. Décoration au top et originale, j’apprécie particulièrement les fresques murales Street-art. Quartier super bien animé avec de nombreuses possibilités de sorties restos & bars proches et le vieux Lyon à deux pas, enfin, à un pont plutôt ! Un super séjour, merci à l’hôtel de Paris à LYON !!!

Accueil sympathique,mais l hôtel est bien moyen . Lit pas très confortable,bruit dans la rue incessant,très mauvaise insonorisation. Deco très spéciale,et petit déjeuner bien peu généreux.l hôtel est bien situé c est incontestable,mais cela ne suffit pas ….

Wir haben nur die eine Nacht vor dem Start unserer Kreuzfahrt dort geschlafen. Deshalb sind wir bei der Vorbereitung nicht intensiv eingestiegen. Deshalb haben wir schon geschluckt, als wir dann mit der Realität konfrontiert wurden: Der Preis 304 € für Lyon ist ok, weil die Lage des Hotels wirklich super in Nähe der Altstadt und vom Fluss ist. Haben wollte man 14 Tage vorher über 500 €. Die haben wir gebucht, den Preis beobachtet, als der sank haben wir storniert und neu gebucht. Die mehr als 500 € wäre das (gerade noch 3 Sterne) Hotel nicht wert gewesen. Insgesamt hat es uns an unsere Übernachtungen als Studenten in Paris erinnert: Das Zimmer mit Doppelbett (Queensversion) hat man uns gegeben. Bezahlt hatten wir zwei EInzelbetten. bei Reklamation wurde uns freundlichweise die Aufbereitung des Sofas angeboten. Wir mussten lachen. So wie über Einige mehr im Hotel. Wenn man Freude aan uralten Fenstern und deren museumsreifen Griffen, kitschigen Drucken an den Wänden und überhaupt an "bewährter Ausstattung" hat, ist man dort richtig. Auf das Frühstück haben wir verzichtet. Das ist aber in Frankreich in typischen Familien-Hotels nie so, wie es z. B. in Deutschland ist. Das ist ok, weil man das weiß. Fazit: Lage perfekt, beim Rest Zähne zusammen und durch.

When you travel you expect to be treated fairly and justly. This hotel did not. It started off ok but it was hot when we were there and there was no air conditioning in our room. Our room was on the street side and we either had to open a window and listen to loud noise or sweat. They did give me a broken fan and the next day when I complained they said that I should have asked for a better fan. BUT they knew the fan was defective as previous guests had stuffed paper into the neck to try to get the fan to stay upright. The staff said they would call the police to stop the noise after 10 but you cannot call enough police to hold down a crowd of noisy people. The staff promised me a better room the next day but then changed their mind (after I complained to **********) telling me that since I purchased a reduced fare through a discount site, that I would not get a better room. I decided to move to a better hotel since there were many in the area. Then the hotel would not give me a refund. I am out $275 SO here is my suggestion. There are many hotels in the area a lot better with a lot better customer service. Find a better one. Next, never book a hotel that does not say specifically that they will give a refund. Next, never pay at the hotel, pay through **********. Next, if you book through a discount site, make sure the hotel has air conditioning in ALL rooms or you will get the worst room in the house. 立地もよく、近隣にレストランやスーパーがあって外食するにも部屋飲みするのもやりやすくて、価格相応だったと思います。部屋は狭いですが、寝るだけならばちょうどいいです。無料のウォーターサーバー、コーヒー、紅茶、ソーダが2amまでOKとのこと。ヨーロッパらしいエレベータなので、戸惑いながら使うのが楽しいです。

Here is a warning to anyone booking this hotel. This is a no frills hotel that will charge you for everything. If you book through Hotels or some other discount booking, they will give you the worst room in the house. We had a non air conditioned room right on the street. Either we had to listen to loud music or loud voices all night, or close the window and sweat. The staff said they were full but I had made my reservation weeks in advance and I was given the worst room in the hotel. The first night they promised an air conditioned room the next day, but after I complained to Hotels, the manager would not move us to an air conditioned room. There was a broken fan in the room, not much help. The Hotel de Paris would not give a refund and I checked out a day early, losing my money. I was on a vacation and the cost of that hotel was not worth ruining my vacation. So, here is my warning: Make sure you book a hotel that has air conditioning, make sure you pay through Hotels as they can help you, make sure you only book a refundable room, and lastly understand that most hotels will give you a poor room when you book through Hotels. Believe me, that will save you a lot of grief down the road. By they way, Hotels. com did all they could do and were very helpful. .
