Bon hôtel Ibis, sans surprise mais très propre. Accueil un peu froid mais correct. Parking sous l’hôtel, 15 euros. Pas de thé ou café dans la journée ni le soir, dommage. Petit déjeuner au top, varié et très bon avec fromages et viennoiseries . Bon emplacement.

Estadia justa. Apenas pra ressaltar que no quarto havia só um tipo de lixeira , tornando difícil a separação do reciclado , e a recepção fui pegar um cha no final do dia e o rapaz me cobrou 2,5 euros ,deveriam disponibilizar café , água quente para chá , etc …

Beaucoup trop cher pour un hôtel de cet acabit ! Petit déjeuner pas terrible, pas de grille pain ! Chambre minuscule, climatisation bruyante et inneficace... Déco vielle et démodée Seul le personnel est agréable ! Dommage de n'avoir pas séjourné dans un endroit agreable pour visiter la belle ville de Lyon....

I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is excellent and only about 3 minutes walk from Jean Mace metro station, on the B line. It is also about 50 metres from a supermarket that has most things and is open long hours. The staff were really friendly and all spoke very good English, which was good. The room was lovely and I was impressed the aircon was already on when I reached the room and it kept it to a very nice cool temperature. There were two main issues whilst I was there. The first was that the wifi in the room was really slow. So slow that I was unable to watch TV programmes on my laptop. This meant I missed many of the programmes I was hoping to watch whilst there. The signal really does need upgrading so there is more power. The other issue was that room cleaning was very hit and miss. I had the card on my door every day from 10am until 3pm and on the Saturday and Sunday I came back to a non cleaned room and this a full bin and no new towels. Monday was better and the room was cleaned. Overall, I liked this hotel and I would return but they do need to fix the wifi.

Très bien. Excellent emplacement au centre ville. Acceuil parfait. Petit déjeuber copieux ok. Parking sécurisé spacieux. La chambre était propre et grande. Hotel calme malgré sa situation.A recommender.

I’ve stayed at lots of Ibis branded hotels all of Europe - and this probably ranks somewhere in the middle of them. The hotel’s easy to get to - a few minutes’ walk from Jean Macé Metro station (itself a few stops down from the city’s main rail terminus) - but in a slightly rough area of Lyon (we arrived a few days after anti-government protests and the local streets were full of graffiti and smashed bus shelters; other areas of Lyon on our trip were untouched). On arrival, we were checked in promptly and the rooms seemed to have been recently renovated: the furniture and decor were in a good condition and the bathroom was nicely tiled. However, like so many Ibis properties, they’ve decided not to lose the pebble dash-style interior walls and simply painted them grey - which feels a bit naff. The receptionist we dealt with had a slightly odd attitude - including with left luggage - and warned us about strikes on the Metro that weren’t happening, meaning we slightly panicked unnecessarily about a connecting train on our departure. We didn’t eat breakfast at the Ibis either as it was too expensive. All in all though, our room was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a better state than others in the chain.

Hôtel qui ne correspond pas à la gamme Ibis. Chambre petite petit déjeuner très passable bref je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

This hotel provided what you expect from an ibis. It was clean, and reasonably priced. The wifi was fine and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a little lumpy. The room was small, as per usual. The front desk personnel were very pleasant, check in and out were fast, and I could store my bag when I arrived early. The neighborhood was not scenic or fancy but it was ok. It was a short walk to the metro and it is very easy to get around Lyon. If you arrive in Lyon by train it’s a direct, short trip on the metro. I would stay here again

Hotel confortable et propre. Personnel de la réception courtois et prêt à satisfaire le client .Avons demandé une chambre à l'arrière plutôt que sur la rue ( tres bruyant) et avons obtenu satisfaction. Petit detail : serait-il possible d'avoir une tablette sur le côté gauche du lit, permettant de poser montre et telephone, plus commode.

Hotel très agréable juste à côté de la gare. Les chambres sont agréables, spacieuse et très bien insonorisé. Petit plus café gratuit a volonté à l'accueil. Personnel très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est dans le standard de ces établissements

Perfect for a couple of nights. Just beware the underground parking is tight, and if you have a low slung car it may well ground at the front bumper and chassis on the way out.

Hôtel IBIS franchisé qui n'a d'ibis que le nom Très en dessous du standard IBIS CLIENT DIAMOND pas de surclassement ,pas de petit déjeuner offert le week-end comme stipulé sur le club accor. Par contre grosse pub pour le club assumé par le personnel alors que la quasi totalité des avantages ne sont pas appliquées Seul point positif hotel à 10 minutes à pied de hyper centre

Bizarrement, la personne de l'accueil n'a jamais voulu me faire une facture !
