The newly re-furbished "Offshore" looks fine and the Staff work hard with a friendly attitude but it is let down by the quality of the food which is little better than a local pub. A proper Dining room would be an innovation. Our double room was small (with only 1 seat). Parking is almost non-existent. Boxing Day evening meal had very long waits (1 hour I was informed by the staff between courses. Breakfast were quite good but some clients thought it OK to arrive in Pj's and dressing gown. Having stayed at another "Inn" before we were very disappointed and we would not recommend this venue!

Well situated on the front of Lytham St Anne’s. No signs for reception when entering pub and as pub was busy it took a few minutes to find the right direction. Check in simple and easy. Given all relevant information and made booking for evening meal. Room was decently sized. Bed big and comfortable. Shower hot and bath sheets a good size. Slight issue is that the lighting could be better. Quite dark in the room on a winters evening. Also kettle and dressing table were slightly dusty, but might have been hard for cleaners to see with the low lighting in room. Food was amazing, restaurant was full but service was still great. Big shout out too bar and waiting staff, they did a great job. Breakfast was great, lots of choice in both hot and cold food, and a decent cup of coffee as well. Wasn’t aware that so many people would have dogs with them, but now I know for next time to ask for seating in the no dog area. They were all well behaved, just kept tripping up on them.

We arrived at 10am hoping to park on the hotel car park .This worked out fine for us. I think there are only 12 parking places and only one of them is for disabled.I think you could park down the side roads .Our room was ready before 12 ,so it’s always worth asking if they can let you know when it’s ready. A nice size room, ,6 hangers in the wardrobe ,hairdryer ,iron/ board,good side bed ,.full length mirror bedside unit. Bathroom had a Shower ,toilet and sink .Hand soap, towels all clean . Kettle ,tea and coffee and,biscuits . We shared a pizza at night time which was a really nice thin base one .Breakfast was help yourself to tea ,coffee,yogurt cereal, pastries and fresh orange juice and ,toast.Order your full English etc at the bar till . We enjoyed our stay 😀on Friday27 December 2024. 😀

Hotel room small, bathroom even more so. Room was clean, had everything we needed and looked recently decorated. A bottle of water would have been appreciated. Restaurant was a disappointment, waited an hour for food, steak was fine but pizza was not. Young waiters obviously out of their depth.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location was good. We were able to get a car parking space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, linen good and bed comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Offshore St Anne's is now my hotel of choice in St Anne's-on-the-Sea and surrounding area. A welcoming team of staff coupled with a bright modern place to stay, comfortable rooms, good food, and a very nice bar area stocked with a wide range of drinks, and having a good ambience. Overall Offshore has a nice homely feel. I look forward to going back.
