I wish Hilton would invest into this property to get it to match the quality of modern hotels. This building shows its age, I have been coming to this hotel yearly since 2010 and it looks mostly the same as then. The shorthanded staff here are excellent with the 5 stars going to the breakfast staff for the service they provide although the food is only 3 star at best. The lowest stars go to the lack of attention your room receives during your stay. The room was very clean and serviced upon arrival, however three days/nights staying there was no other service provided. Full trash bags that was left in the hallway in the afternoon was not picked up until the next morning.
