皇冠之選湖景和水上樂園旅館及套房酒店(Crown Choice Inn & Suites Lakeview and Waterpark)

The hotel seems neglected. Shoddy workmanship like the doors that drag on the floor, peeling wallpaper, or closet that barely opens. Tyvek hanging from the building exterior, and empty vending machines. Parking was horrible, because the lot isn’t plowed well. Our room was directly above a game room pool table with children playing and yelling late into the night, which was very loud, and adjacent to an empty breakfast hall ( no breakfasts served) that kids were running around at all hours. Comfy beds, but hard to get much sleep.

My kids had a decent time at the water park, which was our reason for staying here. The room was musty and the beds were super uncomfortable. No breakfast, which was listed at booking. The front porch “balcony” area was full of leaves and had some cigarette butts.

Poor customer service not friendly at all at front desk checking in the maintenance man was very nice however it took 2 hours for him to come fix our clogged toilet

We had to go to another hotel to check in. There was no lights on in the hallway, scary! No way to turn heat up.

The water park was the only thing we really enjoyed about the stay but even then the pools were dirty. A lot of it looked like it’s been under some type of construction and apparently it’s been like that for at least a year. The paint was peeling off the walls in our room. The lights stopped working in the room and hallways. Really dusty and had a really bad chlorine smell even in our 4th floor room. Carpet was ripped up, handles missing from drawers. The place really needs to be updated and cleaned. The lady at the front desk was ok, nice at times but then snippy when I’d ask a question. There was a breakfast room but no breakfast was served. Chairs stacked up and everything g covered in dust. Just coffee in the lobby. The arcade half the games just ate our coins. Never staying here again.

Got a room with a broken latch on the balcony door that wouldn't stay shut, as well as a busted out screen just hanging off the frame. I'm traveling with my small children and that's not safe at all. Staff didn't take it seriously at all, eventually sent me to a different room through an unfinished renovation area behind DO NOT ENTER tape. And the new room had a floor level window that ALSO had broken latches and would not stay closed. The whole place was busted and run down and unsafe, and I left without staying. I explained all of this to the hotel and *******, and the hotel staff lied to ******* and are charging me for the full stay.

Place very nice, clean, end of season so a lot in the area not open, but when i go back insummer i will repeat visit

We had requested an easy to access room due to mobility issues at the time we made the reservation. When we arrived, they were unable to accommodate it and in order to avoid a room that didnt require an elderly man with CP to go up a flight up steps we were required to pay to upgrade the rooms. Plus the shower didn't work and there' was no breakfast.

Check in at hotel next door. Only way to room was flight of steps after riding elevator 3 flights. No breakfast or coffee. Slash park is indoor smelly water thing good for toddlers and small children.
