It's really excellent

Got the jacuzzi super suite for me and my girlfriend for new years. We’ve stayed in much more expensive rooms so I really wasn’t expecting a whole lot! It exceeded my expectations though! Not anything special but it was a large updated room. It was comfortable! Large living room area. 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, the jacuzzi tub worked great although it took some time to fill up. I did find an entire fake fingernail on the floor which tells me it’s not the cleanest place around lol! But for 170$ it was pretty nice! If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel go spend the 900-1200$ at the Royal park. If you want an affordable night away close to home n you aren’t crazy picky, this will do just fine!

Very friendly staff and the room was very cozy and comfortable. I needed a 1 night stop to do my laundry and rest for a couple of hours. I’m glad I chose here. Bed was comfortable you can tell they recently updated the place and it looks great.

It was a nice room but the microwave didn't work and had to complain a few times before they got me another one

I am a regular guest here. For things within control of the property it is a professionally run place with pleasant staff

Room seemed ok at first but the shower was dirty and shower head looked like it had rust

We checked in later in the evening and the woman at the front desk was very nice! The room was clean and comfortable

All the air conditioners around the place are extremely dirty and do not provide change to the temperatures of the room. The jacuzzi was dirty and had scum bubbles. The jacuzzi also did not work well as its faulty faucets took a couple hours to fill with it hot water. With booked the room “deluxe” suite specifically for the jacuzzi, so it greatly took away from the stay. However… The staff were very sweet. The manager however did not take much accountability and wouldn’t give any sort of refund on the room just because we booked on *******. He offered a coupon though. It is their choice to advertise on ******* so why penalize us for it? Again however, staff were sweethearts. Would not recommend this place, just take the dive and buy better.
