REGENCY旅館和套房

Roaches were everywhere staff gave us raid to spray room we left early.. took desk clerk 4 eva to come check us in . Will not stay here again

The staff were super nice but the place was filled with roaches I couldn’t leave ANYTHING out or leave the bathroom light off because when u walk in it’ll be a lot of roaches everywhere but other then that nice cheap place , couch could have washable covers tho I didn’t sit on the couch not once it was rlly nasty looking

The room is infected with roaches that were even in the fridge and microwave. The TV never stayed on for longer than thirty minutes before it had to be unplugged and the reset they told me to do stopped working.....I stopped trying to get it to work.....

Not the best stay Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. (3 actually did) There was no remote for the tv. When we asked for one the front desk clerk had to bring it to us, stayed to turn the tv on. Eventually he did leave the remote.

Too many bugs my family member had a very bad bug bite and I had to take her to hospital as soon as it started itching too much though I gave here some ointment for cooling and pain relief

Shabby, pool unavailable, two or three washers broken. Ice machine broken. Vending machine only has drinks and only accepts cash. Room floor seemed dirty. Toilet needed multiple tries to flush.

I reported the a/c not cold within an hour aftrr my arrival. Room was very warm...86 degrees inside! After 2 hrs i called and asked for a fsn to help circulation. No go. I called again and told once the sun goes down it would be cooler. I had tooooo much stuff and a pet to relocate. Upon departure i asked to have them reduce my charge. They assured me thry would check with *******!

Room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was no one in office both times I went there. Took lots of time to get there first time. Did not come second time.
