They change my stay from Macquarie to somewhere else just one day before my travel date and gave only limited options. Whole day me and husband were on phone to sought out things. We called what if but they are useless. no one from wotif called or asked before, after and during stay time that what's going on?, is your stay is comfortable? or sorry for not reaching your expectations. Thanks to Mathew (Kula staff)who helped us and organised everything on time. Few things were not explained which makes the arrival had for example how to get the key.
We spend 20-30 minutes to find keys. During our Macquarie Park stay the dishwasher didn't work so we had to clean dishes by ourselves. Can't say had a bad time but still not happy with wotif services.
