Staff was very helpful. King bed was not a pillow top mattress. I used the comforter under the bottom sheet to make bed more comfortable. The water was hot as needed. Heating and fan unit could be adjusted for comfort. Breakfast buffet was definitely above average with fresh fruit, Greek yogurt. Room darkening curtains and devices were excellent. IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO ROAD NOISE (like myself), then try to get a room on top floor with its windows facing away from Hwy 441.

Second stay, the hotel is very convenient to the interstate. Clean but slightly dated, it is a real value hotel and excellent compared to other hotels in the price range. Standard breakfast, close to fast food restaurants. Will stay again

Have stayed here several times. Love the improvements. Like the small town. Always feel safe.

Seemed to be newly refurbished. The inside was better than the outside would suggest.

-water pressure could be increased -shower curtain is SHORT and does not go within the bathtub...the bathroom floor gets soaked -excellent staff!

It took us almost 45 minutes to check in because the hotel had no record of our reservation, even with the confirmation and itinerary numbers from Orbitz. The person on the check in desk did try and she was helpful in getting us the contact number for Orbitz, but I was not the only person whose reservation was lost.

Excellent stay and wonderful people running the hotel. I would go back anytime.

It is comfortable, clean, and just very convenient for my business in town.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Easy access. Good proximity to downtown Madison!
