The hotel was very clean and modern but those were the only positives. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the blankets were itchy and heavy. There was no respect to quiet hours and there was loud music blaring, people running up and down the halls, doors slamming and random people knocking on my door. Basically I paid to have a night of no-sleep.

Stain on the bed sheets, dirty shower, large group of kids running through hallway at 10:30pm, mediocre food at onsite Italian restaurant. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Put us in a first floor room that smelled so bad we couldn’t breathe. No screen on the window. 2 women at front desk laughed at us when we complained. Told us we were next to the boiler room and that’s just how it smells. Age discrimination

I booked a one-night stay via ******* for 4 people - 2 queen beds. I checked in with my 77-year-old mother, and my two children. We got to our room and discovered only 1 queen bed. I tried to get a room switch and/or get a refund at the desk. We could not (obviously) stay there with 4 people in 1 bed. They said "there's a pull-out couch" in the room. Uh, no thanks. I would never in a million years pay $230 for a room with 1 queen bed and a sofa sleeper. One of my children has special needs, so when we're away from home - one of the grown-ups needs to sleep with them. That would've meant that either my 77-year-old mom or I would've had to sleep on the sofa sleeper with the child. There was no way I was asking my mom to do that, and the last time I slept on a sofa-sleeper I could barely walk for 2 days. Not happening. I called the desk. They said they were overbooked due to the state wrestling tournament and could not accommodate us. They also would not issue a refund, claiming that I needed to work through *******. So, we left anyway, hoping I would find another hotel option nearby that would suit our needs. We did. So that part was fine. I contacted ******* immediately, and they also were unable to negotiate a refund with the hotel. In reading the reservation now, I see they cannot guarantee bed type, but I've never had trouble with this before and I don't see how they can switch a 4-person party from 2 queen beds to 1 queen bed and a sofa sleeper in good conscience.

Employees rude. Check in was at 3:00pm not even one second early. While they say if room is empty you can check in. They keep you waiting there for no reason.

The front desk response to any request was I don’t have anyone to help with that.

The water park was great for my young kids, but several features did not work. Had they been older, they probably would have noticed. Bathroom in room could have used a deep clean (ie grout). Cracks in walls in room. Overall a good stay on a budget.

The water slide was closed both nights after we came back from dinner. Friday night the pool closed 30 mins early on top of that. Front desk TJ was unprofessional when I asked why it was closed. He said the lifeguards aren’t under his management and asked what he wants me to do about it. The lifeguards-if there was an accident wouldn’t have even saw it. Friday night they sat next to each other and conversed the whole time. Saturday during the day was better but then at night when the slide was closed they had kids climbing a quarter of the way up and sliding down for 20 minutes towards the pool closing and not once did they notice. Hot tub was filled with kids and over the posted capacity all of the time.

Room was nice but lazily cleaned. Used cups in the closet, garbage on the floor. ‘Waterpark’ is an over statement and the entire kids pool was closed in addition to the main slide so really it was just an over crowded, dark pool. Very disappointed. Lobby is very loud, thankful we were on the fourth floor away from the noise.

When checking in, we understood it was a busy weekend, but unfortunately, we did not get a room until over an hour and a half after check in time. We had out kids playing around the main area, since we had no other place to go to, along with a few other families. A worker stomped out, slammed a sign on a table, yelled at another families kids and proceeded to stomp off. It showed very little professionalism on the hotels part. The room was not stocked with towels or blankets. I completely understand that things get busy, but it was not handled well by the staff.

Loud ! To be expected as its feature is an indoor mini waterpark. However after 9pm and before 7am you could hear kids running.

It was good . It was for my son’s birthday and he had fun. But your life guards were kinda rude about a party that the hotel was throwing for everyone

We mainly stay at this hotel for the pool area. We travel with kids. Plenty of room in our suit. The rooms are sound proof and you can hear the people above but it doesn't bother us because we have kids and understand. The breakfast has a lot of options and is always delicious plus the staff is friendly.
