When I checked in I was given some attitude about parking. I was told there was a charging plug in lights by staff and there wasn’t. But when I asked for help or if I had missed it, I was talked to like I was a child by the man at the front desk. The lady was helpful and housing keeping was a saving grace with an extra plug. Sink cracked. Air conditioner/heater was very loud. Bed was ok. Stains in wood. Tv went in and out a few times. Ordered room service and it was not good for the price. I felt overcharged. On check out I felt lol and inconvenience to the gentleman at the desk. No smile, No thank you, just blank looks. When I arrived I was told oh you’ll likely have to park in public parking across the street. I have had better experiences in the past. This was less than desirable. I did not feel welcome and felt more like an inconvenience. With the exception of the housekeeping lady whom was excellent and the one lady that helped at the front desk.

Nice but slightly noisy Overall our stay was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. There were 2 down sides. One was our room had a non-stop hum, like a dishwasher running. I really only noticed it at night when trying to fall asleep. We had an end room near the elevators, I just chalked it up to that. The other down side was the parking garage. The spaces were quite cozy and once you reach the end, there's no place to turn around.

Room was wonderful - beautiful view overlooking Monona Terrace and Lake Monona. Clean and modern. Could've used a fan in the bathroom though, and ice machine was already out of ice at 4 pm......had to go to a different floor to get some. Check in was good, but the parking process could've been explained better. Nice pool and hot tub when not busy, but when there's conventions at Monona Terrace, pool can be quite crowded (small), hot and noisy. Have to go in at dinnertime or really late. My daughters and I really enjoyed our one-night Spring Break!

The breakfast is incredible. Staff were so helpful with any questions we had. The whole hotel was clean yes Our room and the pool was nice and clean. Second time staying there for the wiaa state tournament. We were able to walk ~8 blocks to the Kohl which was so nice to get our kids some fresh air. Will stay again!
