I booked this hotel because I stayed here before and loved it. This time, not so much. I requested a glass shower but was given a handicapped one instead. I doubt I will stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night as a stopover. Arrived at 1am and service was fantastic at check-in. Lady was very friendly and professional. Room was clean and had all the basic necessities. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or outdoor area which was a shame as it looked inviting. Travelled with 2 young kids.

In excellent condition. Rooms big and spacious with comfy beds. Staff very friendly. There is a pool but we did not use it as outside and not heated. No room safes which I think would be a good improvement to make. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

We had a very unusual issue with our bill. Initially, I was disappointed in the mgmt as they failed to address our issue and passed us on to corporate. However, this property called the next day and after extensive research realized the error and called to apologize and refund our money. I want to give a shout out to Front Desk Mary$ Emily who worked with us through this process and called me to say problem solved. Marriott pulls through for the WIN!! Thank you Thank you!!

Arrived last night after reserving and paying for a room in advance to be told they were overbooked and they wanted to put us at another property 10 miles away. We booked at that hotel because of its location. (We are in town for a medical procedure.) The poor desk clerk was amazing and patient but she should not have been put in the position of dealing with tired and frustrated guests that expected a room. They ended up working something out at the Hilton close by BUT people traveling late at night should be able to expect to stay at the hotel they went to the trouble of reserving and paying for and not sent away somewhere else after working all day and driving in. What’s the point of making a reservation? People requesting rooms after we had reserved and paid should have been referred to the other property 10 miles away. It makes no sense.

We were greeted at checkout by the nicest two ladies! We expressed a concern and they made right the situation with sweet apologies. She went out of her way to make us realize their southern hospitality. The manager also jumped over to yen Starbucks within the lobby to assist the crew member in making our breakfast and drinks! Overall we were so pleased with the morning crew!

Very nice, strong breakfast person....so very pleased. It's a big difficult to get to if I had to give a criticism - but not really. I'm glad to return to this property when I'm in town again. A real winner.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, the pleasant hotel and bar staff, and the nice room. Good comfortable bedding with plenty of pillows. Bar opens at 5:00pm and the bartenders are very friendly. An outdoor pool is available for use. A very good workout room is also available with several treadmills and an elliptical machine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would return again.
