It's nice

They were accommodating for our children who were there for hockey tournament. What is did not like was the corset for breakfast or the fact that I was charged $20/day to park. That is absolutely ridiculous when the nightly charge for the room was also over $200/night and I am both a senior and a member. Very disappointing.

This was the perfect location for visiting my parents at a nearby retirement community (1 mile). I cannot believe the value (price relative to services/comfort) for this hotel. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are wonderful, the staff is helpful and kind, and it is generally quiet.

I liked the breakfast good selection I like the hotel and the rooms were really clean beds were comfortable walking distance from places I didn’t like the pool to much water was very salty and the hot tub water was kind of dirty and pool was kind of dirty not sure if water was cleaned

Room was excellent. Check in was awful. Had to wait for the check in clerk to come to the reception desk though she saw me standing there for at least 5 minutes. Not a biggy but at least acknowledge and indicate that you will be there in two minutes

What a disappointment. The refrigerator in the room was making a horrid, loud noise. I had to move furniture and unplug it. The heater cover fell off when I opted the control panel to turn it down. It ran constantly. The bathroom door was very damaged. The tub had a ton of hard water build up on the dpout. I wound up leaving and not spending the night. It was my birthday and was supposed to be a treat to myself. When I left, I was told I would have to trust they would check me out in the morning as she wasn't allowed to do it at night. Worst stay ever! Also, the elevator reeked of smoke.

I stayed for a week and despite requests to have my bedding and towels changed, only the towels were changed once. The remote to the tv and refrigerator did not work and they had no desire to fix them. There was a very strange man in the pool and hot tub every night trying to communicate with minor age females who appeared on one occasion to be masturbating in the hot tub while staring at the minors. This was also reported and no one cared except the children’s mother… I also asked for the discounted rate that started the night I checked in, but that was also not honored.

I have stayed her numerous times over the past few years. The rooms are clean. I did get a little attitude from the front desk clerk one morning when I asked for a second room key (we only received one when we checked in). Other than that, the other staff were really nice. They had good breakfasts too.
