麥迪遜西南麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison Southwest, WI)

Love this hotel! We have stayed on this property many times over the years during our annual Black Friday shopping weekend. We have always found this hotel to be very quiet and clean, with comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, a warm and welcoming entrance and an incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk staff (Thanks Lucy!) Convenient location close to great shopping and many dining options— Great value, highly recommend!

I’m reserving my review until after I find out if we will receive a reimbursement for having to pack up and change rooms our last night there and transfer to a much cheaper room than what we had booked due to the TV no longer functioning.

Average room with not quite queen size beds. Lots of activity in the hallway & thin walls made for a not so great night’s sleep. Overall a decent room for the price.

I had checked and confirmed my reservation several times and spoke w manager Brett several time about a 2:00 check in . I called soon before we came the day of reservation and was told by a different manager that ******* or ********** had over booked that night and they didn’t have our room. What ??? I never heard of such a thing. We had to get ready and go to a wedding . No I mean they said they didn’t have a room at all not just for the early checkout. I freaked out and told them they better have my room and suddenly they found one. It was a very unpleasant situation and very stressful for us.

When we arrived to our room the TV was on and the carpet was wet so I assumed the carpet was just shampooed. The carpet never dried and felt damp the whole stay. The bathroom also does not have an exhaust fan so that added to the damp/humid feeling throughout the room. Not comfortable and I would be concerned about mold. The place is newer and updated but we are glad we only stayed one night.

Well really disappointing was the jacuzzi was not fixed since I stayed there 4 weeks ago. Hopefully they get that fixed soon. Every thing else was ok.

No porridge or granola with breakfast and no fresh fruit. Food choices may be reflective of what people want but need to do a better job of offering really healthy food choices. Not just white flour carbs.

I would highly recommend to stay here! This hotel is conveniently located off of the Interstate and there is plenty of parking. The staff was very kind. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool area was probably my favorite. The water was warm in the pool and the hot tub was even warmer. There is a kids area that even my 6 month old enjoyed. Breakfast was hot and hot the spot after our morning swim. 12/10 recommend.

Room had a heater that was making noise so not a great night of sleep. Pool and breakfast were great though!
