阿爾卡拉門附近的馬德里酒店

Overall we stayed in 3 rooms - the first we rejected after one night because the shower was unacceptable with an awful smell of drains emanating from it and there was no bath as alternative. The second they moved us to was much better with bath in the room but it had a shower cubicle which again smelled of drains - we didn't use it. The 3 rd room was a luxury duplex suite after we'd left the city and returned for one more night - yet again the shower smelt awful and they had to send the housekeeper up to pour disinfectant down it. They blamed rain but it hadn't rained on all the days - I blame the construction of the showers - marble slabs with gaps in between where dirt and mould was visible - frankly quite awful. We found the hotel otherwise a bit strange in layout but comfortable, nice terrace bar/restaurant and a good buffet and cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful except for young lady who suggested I needed 40 minutes or more for taxi to train station - I got there in under 5 minutes !

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location and facilities are very good and the staff very helpful. I would particularly like to pay tribute to Monica on Reception who was tremendously helpful. The only problem I experienced was trying to get a drink at the bar one night when a concert was scheduled for later in the evening - everybody was too busy to serve me and I ended up going out to get a drink. However this was a mere blip and the overall experience was great.

位置非常好，就在普拉多博物館旁邊，離阿托查火車站也就10分鐘路程，離景點很近，但鬧中取靜，酒店內很安靜。出門周邊氛圍很好，麗池公園就在旁邊，阿爾卡拉門拐彎就到，還有紀念碑等等。酒店裝修很清新，前台帥哥很有禮貌，很驚喜的是有一套陶瓷的燒水壺；家庭房有一套雙層牀，孩子非常喜歡！

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was perfect for a couple traveling with their children. We stayed for a week, the location was amazing across the street from The amazingly beautiful Retiro park. The staff was great, rooms cleaned very well. We had the included breakfast which was great lots of choices. Can’t say enough about it. Having a junior suite with separate bedroom and huge separate space for sitting and bunk beds was key for us to have a wonderful week! Would definitely return!

酒店地理位置很好，出門就是大量露天餐廳和購物場所。但是酒店衹有某一種房型可以入住三人，不管夫妻倆攜帶一名小童或者父母一方攜帶兩名小童，前台嚴格執行衹可入住兩人的規定。需加錢換到另一個有沙發床的房型才可以三人入住。這個信息酒店在攜程訂房時完全沒有提供。

房間乾淨整潔，酒店服務也不錯，位置比較理想，公交出行很方便快捷。衹是，可能出於環保以及酒店星級問題，設施超級撿漏，僅配有洗髮液、洗手液、浴巾、地墊，其它完全沒有，包括漱口杯、簡易洗漱小件、電熱水壺等等，千萬記得帶喲。

位置很好，出門就是地鐵，旁邊就有一家商場El Corte Inglés，100m處有Loewe和Tous 但是東西不多，步行600m左右有&otherstories和塞拉諾大街。也可以一路步行去太陽門廣場30分鐘左右。服務態度很好，早上11點到達，小哥哥查了有空房就直接給辦了入住。

More than once in this very good location hotel. It is a very good mercure from Accor. Nothing to be mentionned. Just be kind enough to client (and more platinum) attention : our bathrooms was smelling very bad during 3 days (canalisation) we didn’t notice to the front room but when we checked out, the agent proposed not to pay the breakfast we never had… and then we ask to take the car from the garage at 1:30 in place of 12:00 seems to be a huge problem when we paid for 48hrs - and no commercial gesture due to the room smell… client first…

總體印像不錯，但我們認為對於某些細節，4 星有點鬆散。 作為積極點，我們強調位置、床的舒適度和工作人員的待遇。正確的房間大小。 我們不喜歡的是：房間裡有些地方有灰塵，禮貌的水壺有點臟，當我們去洗澡時，熱水沒有出來，但我們通知了他們，第二天早上他們就解決了。
