AC酒店- 巴斯克(AC Hotel Los Vascos)

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is not located close to the historical center, rather closer to the university area, however there are metro stations close with convenient connections. Also, there are some restaurants for a quick meal very close to the hotel.

Me aloje por motivos de trabajo. La habitación era pequeña, no tenía escritorio solo una mesa alta y un taburete como en un bar, lo que dificultaba mi trabajo. Mucho ruido por la noche que dificultaba el descanso. Destacar como bueno la limpieza y la atención del personal. Me decepcionó mucho ya que me habían hablado muy bien del hotel.

La zona del hotel esta apartada y es insegura por la noche. Las instalaciones/servicios del Hotel están por debajo de otros hoteles AC en Madrid; lounge, fitness,… al igual que la atención al cliente. Escogería cualquier otro hotel de la cadena AC en Madrid que este.

最寄りの地下鉄の駅からの道の雰囲気が少しよくありませんでしたが、ホテルの立地は便利で、設備は清潔、スタッフの方々も非常に親切でした。

We arreived at this hotel having just left another nearby hotel that purported to be 4-star at check-in, because it did not match its description on ***********.. Conchi, our main contact at the AC Hotel Los Vascos, was a delight and could not have been more helpful at check-in and throughout our 2 day stay. The rooms are relatively small but clean and comfortable. There is a "market place" on the ground floor which allows you to purchase water and soft drinks, snacks and salads. The Bar is inviting and comfortable (great Gin & Tonics) and you can also sit outside on the patio. The restaurant, for dinner and breakfast, is well furnished, the food excellent and the menu varied. Around the hotel you have a pub, a number of cafes and a large supermarket. The metro is close by. An excellent highly recommended hotel. We will definitely stay here again during our frequent visits to Madrid.

優秀的員工待遇

Good position, quite, staff are friendly and gentle. Clean it need some refurbishment as rooms and corridors look in need of. Breakfast was a real bad experience. Poor with little variety and quality overall not in line with the hotel’s characteristics.

We were quite pleased with the accommodation. We especially want to mention Juan at reception. He was extremely helpful and pleasant!
