Siempre me he alojado en este hotel y jamas he tenido queja pero sí que es verdad que este último viaje la limpieza dejo mucho que desear … y me parece extraño ya que como digo es mi hotel de referencia y siempre estuve encantada
Otra que decir es que no tengan cafetería hasta las 11 de la mañana y no haya ningún tipo de snack para después de las 12 .. hay gente que trabajamos y esas cosas nos serian más fáciles también hay que decir que te permiten llamar a cualquier empresa de comida a domicilio

Very good and modern hotel. Ideal for business trips due to the location and quite good for tourists, it takes around 40 minutes using metro and bus to get to the main sightseeing locations.

El Hotel y su personal son muy amables. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que las sabanas y hedredones de tap**** no estaban limpios. Cuando fui y pedi que me las cambiaran me dijeron que el servicio de limpieza ya habia terminado a las 4:30pm, que debia esperar al otro dia. Le pedi algo para taparme y me dieron una colcha rota y manchada. Básicamente esto fue lo unico que no me gusto del hotel.

Warm and professional welcome on arrival. Parking underground carpark was good and spacious but cost €20per day.
Breakfast was plentiful - cost €13 per day. Disappointed that we booked Queen bed but given two single beds pushed together (bed sheets made as two singles)
Modern hotel but drains in our room smelt and drain on sink wouldn’t clear quickly, needs cleaning.
Glasses in room weren’t washed when we returned to room, staff missed cleaning.
Air conditioning didn’t work so our stay was uncomfortable. Bar fridge didn’t work, couldn’t even keep water cool.
Older gentleman as staff member at the bar was rude and ignored us two nights running. We therefore didn’t order evening meal with him being so unpleasant. We did make a complaint to another staff member (female) and she apologised.
Taking into consideration all of the above this is not worthy of a 4-star hotel

Flott hotell. Eneste jeg ikke vil, er å anbefale frokosten, den var dyr, tørr og kjedelig. Ellers er det et topp hotell nærme flyplass og sentrum.
