馬德里王宮附近的馬德里酒店

Lovely clean hotel right opposite the palace. Large bathrooms and functioning bath tub and shower. Room quiet despite being on a main road. Breakfast selection very good but the machine coffee is, well, machine coffee. Strange although there is a kettle in the room and teabags of various flavours there is no coffee in the rooms. Bring coffee bags if that’s your morning need. Staff very pleasant so all in all can’t fault it at the price. But get coffee in the rooms.

We stayed at the Hotel Opera recently for the second time, to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the Opera House and close to all the attractions of central Madrid. We had nothing but excellent service from the staff throughout our whole stay - they are very responsive and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need including a few little extras like a comb and shoeshine. Breakfast was excellent every morning, a great choice of English-style and continental offerings, The Spanish tortilla and home-made fruit tarts are particularly recommended. You need to book breakfast at a specific time, and this avoids the ”scrum” that some previous reviewers have described. Just two things prevent me giving a 5-star review. First of all it is some time since the hotel was refurbished so some of the fittings are starting to look a little tired. Secondly the cafe has changed since we were last there, it used to be possible to get tapas-style snacks from a counter display 24/7, now it is table service with hot food only available when the kitchen is open - in the evening it starts serving at 8pm which is a little late for us, so if you feel the same you need to go out to one of the many good tapas bars around. But overall we love this hotel and will certainly revisit!

住宿條件很舒適，所以我又多住了一天。我選的是單人床，不過房間裝潢得很好所以不會覺得太小。家樂福也很近。感覺比一般的飯店更時尚、更年輕？！這裡很乾淨，你可以睡得很舒服，地理位置優越，你會想再回來！

馬德里最好的酒店,無論您是度假還是工作。正如座右銘一樣,一切都是爲工作和玩耍而設置的。非常中心的位置,只需步行到老城區廣場市長和不錯的拉丁和Letras區,因此旁邊是M30,10分鐘到阿託查總站。門口的巴士站,沿路的地鐵。現場停車。漂亮的,寬敞的,現代化的房間,優秀的早餐,很多工作空間,優秀的早餐和食物(每日菜單),美妙的屋頂酒吧和游泳池,可以欣賞到Palacio Real和超級友好和樂於助人的員工。性價比最高,玩的很開心。工作從來沒有感覺這麼有趣。絕對是去的地方,不管是商務旅行還是娛樂。

適合你在馬德里住的好地方，位於靠近歌劇院地鐵站的中心位置，非常靠近市長廣場、阿萊納爾街、大街、太陽門廣場、聖米格爾市場。從各處只有幾分鐘路程。酒店非常乾淨，接待團隊一直微笑並樂於助人，你會非常享受的。

酒店地理位置很好，出門就是大量露天餐廳和購物場所。但是酒店衹有某一種房型可以入住三人，不管夫妻倆攜帶一名小童或者父母一方攜帶兩名小童，前台嚴格執行衹可入住兩人的規定。需加錢換到另一個有沙發床的房型才可以三人入住。這個信息酒店在攜程訂房時完全沒有提供。

全新的旅館，非常好，有一個非常實用的社交俱樂部，可以認識朋友。有相當多的床位，配有窗簾和一個集成在床上的儲物櫃，可以使用同一張卡，非常實用，具有相當大的隱私性。工作人員非常好。

酒店位置非常好，就在皇宮對麪，套間房很大，乾淨舒適，酒店還送一瓶紅酒一瓶不知道什麼酒，都好喝，晚上在客廳喝酒聊天愜意極了。去太陽們，英國宮，馬約爾廣場，都很近。就是酒店太低調，沒有明顯標誌，很不容易找到門，酒店樓下是咖啡館，問了別人才找到，進大門要再進一道門，上電梯到1樓才是大堂.

出了地鐵站，走一分鐘就到旅社了，交通很方便，沒有早餐，旅社對麪有一家酒吧，可以吃早餐。 出了地鐵站，跟着導航來到預定的酒店，對，沒錯，我預定的是酒店，導航的位置也很精準，導航提示到了。我再次一臉懵逼的站在路邊發獃，這踏馬是哪呀，什麼破導航把我帶到這個破地方，雖然在市中心，但是房屋很陳舊呀，像古城，拿出訂單對比導航反覆確認，沒錯，是這裏，但是酒店在哪裡呢？沒看見呀。抬頭往高處看，終於發現了一小塊酒店的招牌，並且還有一大半被樹葉遮擋，我想吟詩一首”眾裏尋他千百度，驀然回首，招牌卻在燈火闌珊處”然後四處尋找上樓的大門在哪裡，找了半天，用排除法初步確定一處可能性較大的大門，按門鈴，門鈴上的喇叭有人說話了，但是我聽不懂，我開口第一句問的依然是”請問你會不會說英語”，得到對方冷冰冰的一句”不會”然後沒聲了……我接着按門鈴，沒人搭理我了。哎！拔涼拔涼的。最後實在無招了，用手機撥打了招牌上的電話，電話一接通我也不跟她客氣”勞資在網上定了一間房，我現在就站在大門外”，然後剛剛門鈴裏面不會說英語的人開始說英語了…… 旅館可能是新裝修過，味道很重。另房間雖小，該有的都有，衛生間的門衹能開一半，因為狹窄，被洗臉池擋住了。房間內有個冰箱，冰箱內的飲料可以吃，但是你得付錢。

Good place to stay for short trips to Madrid, we will probably book again at the property in the future, perhaps with breakfast and late check out for a change. We loved the enviroment and atmosphere. Beds where confy, but if you have big luggage it may be an issue Lockers available as well.
