Rooms are clean and big. Bathroom Is fine, not great. Staff is also fine.Food menu has limited options. Meenakshi temple is 6 KM. Overall good experience

The room size is very small. Since we check in late they have provided a small room instead of actual booking

Room ok but bath room and toilet not clean. I sat on the toilet with bundles of tissue paper. U can not site without that.

Hotel is good. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but decent. Services were also good. Location is close to the mattuthavani bus stand. For me since i travel-led by train i found it quite a distance. But other than that everything is good about the hotel. Surely recommended!. The hotel is good. Not suitable for family. Pathetic rooms. The hotel rooms are not maintained properly. Floor s sticky lock s broken other lock not working ac room, ac s not working but kept a high speed fan. Toilet is disgusting, stinky smell and bad odour. Floor s very slippery. Bathroom is just for a name sake for a person to just stand. Water runs out of the toilet into the veranda. Seems unsafe place. Completely unhygienic room. Booked the hotel for 2 nights but vacated after the first night. Hygiene is more important than money spent on hotel room. May be suitable for a person who wants to just stay for a night sleep. Location s nice, but construction is going on nearby. So you will hear a lot of noise in room while sleeping.

It was good and quite average experience to stay at cr grandee madurai, the hotel was average and rooms are not well maintained but yes those rooms were clean and comfortable and food was fine. Staff was cooperative. Thanks for your services. I don’t have pics to share

Hotel was decent. However, there is no proper parking facility. Also the washroom in the room was too small. The staff were very kind and polite.

I recently stayed at C R Grande and had a mixed experience. Location: The hotel is situated right on the main road, making it easy to locate. However, a bridge construction project nearby has made the area a bit off-putting and dusty, affecting the overall charm of the location. Rooms: All rooms are standard with no family, deluxe, or luxury options. Despite being compact, the rooms are designed efficiently and do not feel cramped. The lighting could be brighter, as it felt a bit dim. The furniture looked dated and slightly stained, which detracted from the ambiance. However, the king-sized bed was extra comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Unfortunately, there’s no view to speak of from the windows. On the positive side, the room had a cozy vibe. Amenities: The hotel offers all the standard amenities, including a TV, central AC (which doubles as a heater), a safe, a desk and chair, an electric kettle, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. While comprehensive, these features are functional rather than luxurious. Safety and Hygiene: The linens were clean, and the room felt hygienic with no unpleasant odors, although there wasn’t any inviting fragrance either. The toilets were small and slightly uncomfortable but clean. Staff Service: The staff was exceptional – very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. Their service truly stood out and enhanced the overall experience. Food: We only tried the complimentary breakfast, which was decent but not extraordinary. The spread included South Indian staples like dosa, uttapam, idli, sheera, and seviyan, ***** with bread, jam, butter, and canned juices. While the food was satisfactory, the highlight was the coffee, which was outstanding. Parking: The hotel has limited parking, which could be a concern for those traveling by car. Overall: C R Grande offers a comfortable stay with standard amenities and exceptional service. However, the dated furniture, ongoing construction nearby, and limited breakfast options are areas for improvement. It’s a good choice for short stays or transit, but don’t expect luxury. Make my trip, it was nice to identify the place. A nice place but service is not up to expectations. Towels were not good. We had to ask for everything. National entertainment channels not available. No newspaper in the morning.
