坦崗大酒店(The Thangam Grand)

The rooms were really nice and comfy. The staff were also very helpful and provided exceptional service. The breakfast spread served was really delicious. The distance to shopping areas were also nearby and easy to commute to. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

Worst experience... addtitional charged for extra bed however had default couch whose price was already included. Reception is horrible, doesnt treat you well Never go to this Hotel... you have much better choices in Madurai..........

Worst experience ever mainly because of the unprofessional and unhelpful reception staff. Rooms are old, but clean. However housekeeping is not upto the mark. Restaurant staff are extremely courteous and helpful, but that is offset by the huge hassle that the reception staff will put you through.

Very good service, very professional staff and good tasty food. The rooms are neat and clean and logu, the restaurant manager is very courteous. His staff are also very good and helpful. A must stay place.

Terrible hotel. Intercom phone..AC...Heater all giving problems... Very insensitive staff Definitely a forgettable experience Please avoid this hotel as far as possible .Food is ok..Spring beds of poor quality in the rooms

Very good hospitality. Food was very special. A special kudos to Sirajudheen Chef. Good meeting halls. Ambience was excellent.Ample car parking. Right at the heart of the city. Courteous staff. A good place to stay.

Such a terrible experience and they don't have professionals to handle guests. Very expensive and definitely no value for money. Not recommending at all. Poor Food, They don't even have house keeping staffs and will not come for room service for whatever you scream at them. Finally myself had to clean.

My trip plan was one week in tamilnadu but madurai only two days wil stay in hotel thangam grand.its first day i got awasome taste of food and memorable service given by name of mr.Logu .thank you your support and keep it up ur srevice...
