We enjoyed our stay in the honeymoon suite. We were treated with gifts in our room as well as plates of food and dessert along with wine and chocolates. If I can make one suggestion it is to add a small fridge in the room as we had no way to freshly store the meals and the desserts.

The venue was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was kind and hospitable. The messages were exactly what I needed, very relaxing. As it was my birthday, the staff went out of their way to make my day special. I received a bottle of bubbly and chocolates in my room upon checking in. The room was beautifully decorated. I was allowed to check in earlier as I had arrived almost an hour too early. This was a great deal, value for every rand. I'm looking forward to going back with my friend group soon.

I felt like they didn't put enough effort on it, I paid for table of champagne and chocolate, but to my surprise I got 3 chocolate on my table or which were not even the best for pricing, I expected exceptional service, more effort on that table, as I needed it to be special for my mom.

Neil and his staff were on point with everything. I love the venue and how everything was conducted it was worth it. I wouldn't mind going back maybe this time for our first anniversary. I highly recommend Crystal rose lodge

We had a really special time when we stayed at Crystal Rose. The staff treat you like royalty and you are actually made to feel like you are part of the family. Our new favourite place to go and relax and get rid of all the cares of the world. LOVE IT!

A nice quiet place we really enjoyed our stay,very friendly staff ,Malaryin is the best sisi Ntombi with her magic hands I enjoyed the massage. Room wise a Bar fridge and a microwave would have been great..thank you

Good place and good customer service - Best Spa i’ve been to. The food was also great for a Spa. If you dont like something they swap it for you just like that. Everyone is so nice and i would def come back again
