The service is wonderful. The staff is very polite specially Khadim. He Help us very well. Highly recommend this hotel. The ambiance and the climate is excellent. My daughter love to stay in this Hotel. Specially Game zone. Lot of games to play.

The room was amazing and everything was clean, we were greated well at entrance, the food for breakfast and dinner was delicious they had a lot of varieties across cuisine we had a good time, the ambience was amazing Nandu served our table and Akhilesh took care of us and repeatedly asked if we needed anything it was a good experience

Super Stay. Tariq helped us in all aspects of Reservation and other amenities. Rooms were great, the service and hospitality was notable. Though the food spead was great, the Fruits Platter could been more ripened. Overall an amazing stay !!

The best resort in Mahableshwar for family trips. The activity are well planned for children and adults the food is amazing. All staff are supporting and well trained. We enjoyed our trip in this resort. Mr Akhilesh and his team are very helpful. Best place to visit any any weather

Very good property with lot of activities for kids and backed by excellent hospitality. Special mention of Mr harsh at reception for all help and Mr Manoj and Ms Rupali from restaurant who ensured excellent jain food was served to us. Would strongly recommend people to visit and enjoy the experience.

Great experience, even in the monsoon they had plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged. The restaurant serves great food and the staff was very courteous, friendly and informative. During non-peak time instead of buffet they serve a-la-carte. The breakfast buffet has a great spread as well. Great service by all staff including Ram and Mahesh from the restaurant.
