Nice clean rooms. Canteen is also ok type comparing outside food quality. Ac working properly, clean bathroom, proper matress with blanket and good room service. Everything was good overall and it's definitely a value for money deal. Would like to give 4. 5 rating

Room and premises was clean. Pretty much near to market. Tv and wifi was included in the amenities. Tv was operational only for 1 day and no wifi at all for entire stay. Washrooms for waiting travellers could also have been better.

We have booked a room for stone house backside but the room was already booked for another customer and they have said mm t has not confirmed your booking so they have shifted me in another room i have paid for stone house backside room so lose of enjoyment and my money as i have paid to mmt if you are genuine in customer service reimbursement me the same property and food fabulous stay is also good

訪訪客Property is well located at a distance of approx 1 km from the main market, ample parking space, friendly reception staff and house keeping, hot water is only available in the morning from 7 to 10, rooms are clean, a lot of monkeys all around, take care of keeping any belongings outside in the verandah, an overall peaceful stay, restaurant has very limited menu.

訪訪客It was really nice stay at oxygen resort specially the hospitality, it was really great. The staff was so kind and responsive. Food quality was amazing. Room cleanliness and surrounding is good, full greenary. Just one concern is food price is double compare to outside price.

訪訪客Best place for a quiet and leisure yet affordable weekend This resort offers you almost everything that you may wish for in a great weekend! The ambience, the serenity, the rooms, the facilities, everything was excellent! You will get pool facing spacious and clean rooms with hot shower all day, clean washrooms, towels, a TV, mini-fridge, and cutlery with tea /coffee options. There are seating space available around the pool to spend time. In house restaurant available for guests who do not wish to go out for meals. Play room available with options like TT, Carrom and chess which was maintained pretty well. Located at a quiet place away from the city makes it an attractive pick for most, and sunset point is just 15 mins walk away, what more can you ask for?! Overall it was a great choice, friendly staff and services.

This hotel deserves five stars for the following reasons: 1. Spacious rooms with all possible amenities like cable TV , mini bar , writing table ,wardrobe , coffee table and equally hygienic washroom with toiletries. Some rooms also have sitouts with chairs. 2. An in-house restauarnt that has a good spread of breakfast. The menu changes a bit every other day. The breakfast was worth it. The hotel offers dn exhaustive menu card with lipsmacking food. 3. Impeccable room service provided by the hotel staff. They were always on toes and responded immediately for all of our room service requests. 4. Additional recreational activities like swimming pool, a game room which boasts of a pool table as well cycles on rent. 5. Close proximity from important places like Venna Lake, Lingmala waterfalls , Mapro Garden and Queen of points. There is also a Go Karting track nearby the hotel. All in all , the hotel provides something for everybody , a perfect holiday getaway for friends and family as well as cosy place for couples to enjoy their privacy.

I visited Ramsukh on 28,29th June 2023 to celebrate my mom's 75th bday.I had heard a lot about this resort..but unfortunately it was all about the villas or such properties.and when they say this is a 5star property my expectations were high and I opted for a suit B101...I didn't find it upto the mark..the balcony was closed with sliding glass shutters..only on 3 sides..that too with broken frames, having written numbers on it,uncleaned glasses..the fourth side was not covered..why I have no idea.but the whole point of looking at the beautiful monsoon clouds sitting in the balcony was wasted.the room service also was not good.. everytime they forgot one or the other thing like plates to serve or tissues or salt pepper!! television had not common Marathi channels..which obviously troubled my mother...as senior citizens can't live without their series..thank God I had iPad to solve this problem on our own. being in Maharashtra they should subscribe all Marathi channels.our driver had given very dirty room without even a pillow and bed sheet..which after my complaint they solved. In all I was shocked to have this experience from a 5 star hotel after paying 10k for one night. But I must appreciate location,food quality, cleanliness and Spa of the resort.next time will make it sure to book one of the most reviewed huts or villas. Usually i don't like to give negative feedback..but I felt no one should face such a disappointment after spending ones hard earned money. Hope the authority maintains the same star quality at every type of accomodation they provide.
