美因茨AC酒店

Uitstekende ontvangt bij aankomst. Upgrade van de geboekte kamer ontvangen. Kamer was goed schoon. Hoofdkussens voor ons een beetje aan de harde kant. Parkeertip: Parkhaus Taubertsberg. Ligt aan de Zuidzijde tegenover het Hauptbahnhof. Je loopt door het station en het hotel ligt aan direct tegenover het station. Ongeveer 7 minuten lopen. Hotel is een goed uitgangspunt voor een bezoek aan de Kerstmarkt op ongeveer 800 meter afstand in de Altstadt.

Infrastructure in hotel is poor. The aircon is either not working or is too loud. I have stayed here 2 times. The first time was poor aircon and a noisy room. the next time was a bed which was on wheels, when I asked the reception to have a solve, they said sorry cannot do anything till next day. I nearly fell in the night as the bed moved as I wanted to sit on it. I always give a hotel 2 chances but this for sure is going to be my last stay. There is no room service, the restaurant was booked out and could not serve at 9pm. For 250$ this was not worth it at all. As a long time Marriott member this hotel does not qualify for a Marriott chain hotel.

What a wonderful hotel! The location near the train station was excellent in allowing daily excursions to areas surrounding Mainz. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite nice and the amenities were very good quality. The breakfast buffet offered a lovely and delicious variety of selections from from which to choose. Osiris, who managed the breakfast there was so helpful, courteous and offered many suggestions about our travels. The dinner was a delicious offering of epicurean delights!

Wir waren für vier Tage in Mainz und haben uns für die Übernachtung das AC Hotel ausgesucht. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen ausreichend groß, modern und hatte alles zu bieten, was ein Hotelzimmer haben muss. Der Service im Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorragend ist allerdings das hoteleigene Restaurant: Adam und Eden. Das Essen ist exzellent und auch hier ist der Service hervorragend. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Restaurantchefin Anke, die uns ganz wunderbar als Weinexpertin beraten hat und uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art als Gastgeberin einen schönen Abend erleben lassen hat. Nicht zu vergessen ist zudem die liebe Lucia, welche uns mit einer großen Gin-Beratung ebenso verzaubert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße aus Leipzig.

Ordentliches Hotel, in zentrale Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Leider keinen eigene Parkplatz aber in der Nähe ist öffentliche Tiefgarage. Kleine, saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, nettes Personal . Leider ist Restaurant am Sonntag geschlossen.

The hotel is in the perfect location across from the train station. It has modern rooms, great beds, a lovely breakfast, and efficient friendly staff. It’s also a short walk to the major attractions. We enjoyed it and think you will too. Stay here
