美因茨AC酒店的評論

酒店位於美因茨火車站斜對面，趕火車非常方便。步行100米地道德國餐廳zenz，非常推薦。 房間是城景豪大，可以給小朋友加床。房間空間夠用，設施還算齊全，中規中矩。大堂吧和餐廳裝修考究；早餐價格不貴每人19歐，菜品種類在歐洲同級別酒店裡算非常一般，能吃飽。 停車場在隔壁樓地下室，距離不遠。其他設施未有體驗，不評。 真正驚艷的是酒店裡的旋轉樓梯，做工很德國！白天俯拍木樓梯，夜晚藉著燈光仰拍光與影，非常贊！ 若是趕在聖誕前後，站前廣場每晚有小夜市，可以喝到地道德國熱紅酒！

不敢相信這竟然是豪華品牌的萬豪酒店！

What a wonderful hotel! The location near the train station was excellent in allowing daily excursions to areas surrounding Mainz. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite nice and the amenities were very good quality. The breakfast buffet offered a lovely and delicious variety of selections from from which to choose. Osiris, who managed the breakfast there was so helpful, courteous and offered many suggestions about our travels. The dinner was a delicious offering of epicurean delights!

Wir waren für vier Tage in Mainz und haben uns für die Übernachtung das AC Hotel ausgesucht. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen ausreichend groß, modern und hatte alles zu bieten, was ein Hotelzimmer haben muss. Der Service im Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorragend ist allerdings das hoteleigene Restaurant: Adam und Eden. Das Essen ist exzellent und auch hier ist der Service hervorragend. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Restaurantchefin Anke, die uns ganz wunderbar als Weinexpertin beraten hat und uns mit ihrer herzlichen Art als Gastgeberin einen schönen Abend erleben lassen hat. Nicht zu vergessen ist zudem die liebe Lucia, welche uns mit einer großen Gin-Beratung ebenso verzaubert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Viele Grüße aus Leipzig.

Heerlijke centrale plek, gewoon een super hotel! Heb een verblijf van drie nachten en elke dag wordt de kamer keurig schoongemaakt. Fijne ruime douche in een prachtige badkamer. Alles in Mainz is goed te bereiken vanuit het hotel. Kom hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Ordentliches Hotel, in zentrale Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Leider keinen eigene Parkplatz aber in der Nähe ist öffentliche Tiefgarage. Kleine, saubere Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, nettes Personal . Leider ist Restaurant am Sonntag geschlossen.

Upon first check in noticed a bad smell in the toilet. It was also dirty. Hardly got any sleep the first night due to noisy doors banging all night and very uncomfortable beds. Also noise from the road and train station outside. Checked out to go to the Hilton instead

The hotel is in the perfect location across from the train station. It has modern rooms, great beds, a lovely breakfast, and efficient friendly staff. It’s also a short walk to the major attractions. We enjoyed it and think you will too. Stay here

The location is great, close to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant is great, with delicious vegetarian food. The staff is very friendly. Osiris is amazing and has assisted us during the meeting. Highly recommended.

Great location, right across from Mainz Hbf. Stayed here to watch Bayern vs. Mainz 05 for one night and this hotel was perfect for this. The room is not large and felt a bit dark, the hotel entrance was not easy to spot. The staff were very friendly. The price for what we were looking for was good.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the AC hotel in Mainz. Although it is across the street from the train station, the sound of multiple trains and trams is not heard in hotel rooms. But the convenience of being close to a transportation center cannot be understated. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant (Adam and Eden) has windows overlooking the area. Since we were visiting family members in Mainz, we only ate breakfast there, but it included an amazing buffet. In fact, we invited our family to join us for a delicious breakfast all 3 days of our stay. Last but not least, out wait staffer, Osiris (sp?) was a real pleasure, anticipating our needs before we asked. His professionalism and sence of humor helped make our journey special. We stayed here for a few days after a Viking River Cruise that came from Budapest and ended in Passau. Take this with a bit of a grain of salt, because we were at the end of a long trip, had traveled for 4 hours by train with one frantic change, both had colds at this point, it was pouring down rain, and when we arrived with heavy suitcases.... the elevator wasn't working and we were many, many levels up. So, not a great start to the stay. The hotel is very close to the train station, and the station had a shopping mall of sorts where we could get cold medicine and carry-out meals, although the food was awful. There were also other small fastfood places and food trucks in very close proximity. The room itself was spacious, had a lot of space to put out our luggage and purchases from the trip, prepare to go out the next day for a tour of wineries in the region, a big screen TV, a spacious bathroom with a very big shower (that also had a giant darkened window that looked into the bedroom, oddly), a coffee/tea station, etc. The staff were really nice; it wasn't their fault the elevator didn't work. There was a little lounge off to one side of the lobby, which we sat in with our friends to eat dinner each night from wherever we carried out. We did go one night to a good restaurant, Eisgrub Brau, a very traditional German restaurant and had a great meal, including the tasting platter and the Turkey Schnitzel, which is gigantic and yummy. (This is a bit of an Uber ride but worth it.) This was a good location for us to stay for all we wanted to do in the region, and about a 30-minute ride to the Frankfort airport. However, it is in the very urban part of Mainz, so if you are expecting to walk to quaint little taverns, this isn't the area for that. Overall, a decent place to stay, but I think we were just exhausted and not feeling well, so that is accounting for my lack of enthusiasm in this review.

Across street from train station which was why we picked it. The location made it convenient to just walk from the train and close enough to the old town to explore. The staff were all kind and accommodating when we had an issue with the safe they fixed it right away. The hair dryer has a weird hand held sensor and I thought it was broken but I wasn’t placing my hands just right which made for a difficult drying experience I was thinking it had a short. I would suggest better instructions for future guests. I loved the tea pot to make my morning tea. We enjoyed amazing local food at Zum Kirshgarten Bergschon. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location price and convenience.

An excellent hotel with great value. Amazing location with top class service which we were very impressed Special thanks to Receptionist Mr Aslim who was very helpful. Rooms are very clean and maintained in great condition. Highly recommended!
