奧斯特納霍夫套房公寓(Osteiner Hof by the Apartment Suite)

An sich hätte die Unterkunft fünf Sterne verdient , wenn es nicht solche Mitarbeiter hätte Der war schon am Empfang hektisch und unfreundlich. Er begleitete mich in das Zimmer, erklärte mir in 10 Sekunden einige technische Dinge, die ich aber in der Hektik nicht verstanden habe. Das Zimmer besteht aus sehr viel Technik, ohne Kennerschaft ist es schon schwierig das Licht einzuschalten. Geschweige denn andere Dinge zu bedienen wie das TV Gerät, Kaffeemaschine und anderes. Ich hatte vor auf dem schönen Marktplatz einen Kaffee zu trinken. Ich war noch etwas verwirrt von der Hektik und der Unfreundlichkeit des Empfangsherrn, Als ich dann unten war, fiel mir auf , dass ich den Zimmerschlüssel nicht in meinem Sakko hatte. Anstatt mich zu beruhigen, sagte der Empfangsherr fast triumphierend, das kostet Sie 10.000@ Schon aus diesen Haftungsgründen, auf die man selbstverständlich nicht hingewiesen wird, rate ich ab dort zu buchen, sei denn man verfügt über eine Hausratversicherung, die auch Schlüsselverluste im Hotel abdeckt Zumindest hätte ich auch von Empfangsherrn eine Hilfe beim Suchen des Schlüssels erwartet und nicht eine Drohung. Als ich dann nach dem Abendessen wieder auf meinem Zimmer war, war ich nicht in der Lage das TV einzuschalten Ein herbeigerufener Mitarbeiter konnte das Gerät auch nicht bedienen und rief ein weiterer Mitarbeiter herbei. 1 Stunde später, um 23:00 Uhr kam nur noch ein Mitarbeiter und brachte mir die Flasche Mineralwasser, die in jedem Zimmer kostenlos stehen sollte vorbei L

Spacious apartment in an 18th century mansion, located close to the centre of Mainz. Great facilities, inc shower & kitchen and friendly/fun manager. We were warned about the trams rumbling past but they didn’t disturb us at all. Overall, this place was perfect for us!

直接從童話裡走出來！一個了不起的地方！美麗，乾淨，總體來說是一個非常好的住宿地點。俯瞰城市和美麗的花園。入住和與房東的溝通非常完美。下次我在美因茨時肯定會回來！

Great property within walking distance of the best of Mainz and good parking area. Place was nice and perfect for a small family to stay for a few days.

Excellent location! No need to drive as everything is within walking distance. Marco was a fabulous “host” and was attentive to any needs or questions. Upgraded to a quieter apartment on higher floor. The room was spacious and clean. Although the streetcar vibration was noticed, it was not disruptive to sleep. Also streetcars don’t run after about 12:30am-6am, so we slept well. Nice kitchen with all you would need if dining in. Plenty of coffee, which was a huge plus! Hotel was beautiful, clean and spacious. Smell of sewer gas from bathroom was the only negative, which is common in older buildings. We kept the door closed and did fine otherwise. Parking was off-street and very safe. Lovely stay for those who wish to walk through Mainz and be close to everything. Christmas market was lovely!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very unique! It was a great location, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

We arrived earlier than normal check in time and were met by a very friendly and welcoming agent. We were given a beautiful room immediately. Definitely a perfect place for walking and seeing the sights of Mainz

I have just returned from the Osteiner Hof in Mainz where I stayed for a week in the Bremen apartment with my wife. Whilst the location was excellent the apartment was very small. As you come in the door there is a small toilet and wash basin immediately to the right and a 4 inch step up to the rest of the apartment which you had to be aware of. My wife did manage to trip on one occasion. There is a Chaise Longue stuck in an alcove which is the only place to sit comfortably alone or side by side if you have a partner. No arm chairs. The kitchen is reasonably fitted out and there is a high table with 3 high bar stools which if you are small or elderly can be a problem. Leading off the kitchen is a small shower room which you have to manoeuvre into a corner to close the door. The shower is good though. The bedroom is a reasonable size and has a wardrobe. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were large square things which were impossible to sleep on, for us anyway. The windows were a good 7 feet up so no view. For almost a thousand pounds a bit pricey and more suited for a weekend rather than a week.
