We booked this room because of swimming pool, they lied that it’s working but it’s not. The room booked on trip.com was a different room given to us and the morning we checked out, they said breakfast is only for one person when at booking, it says breakfast for two per guest. We left without breakfast. The person we spoke to about breakfast said, been two in the room doesn’t mean two breakfast and it’s only one breakfast that can be provided to us. We came all the way to spend time alone without the kid but this is what we got. The room is ok but the customer care isn’t too great.

It’s is a good hotels and I love there English breakfast.

One of the worst hotel experiences in my life . The cleaner accidentally threw away $400 worth of luggage covers and said "Sorry". The "sorry" did not bring back the luggage covers, and management didn't do anything to compensate.

Its unfortunate a nice hotel with improooer training of staff is pointless. One of the worst hotel experiences I habe experienced

I really expected a mess but I got clean rooms , well made beds , clean bedding and great service . My colleagues also agreed with me,it’s in a great quiet area with a pool and bar, it would have been perfect if it had a gym .its a good place if you want peace and quiet.

The Mayrock was an almost excellent place to stay. I say almost because there were two issues with the bathroom, however, the management was quick to try to resolve the issues as soon as I notified them. The management and staff did so much to make our stay enjoyable. I spent the period with my son and we did not have any reason to complain. The hotel is clean, and the menu is extensive with well cooked meals. The management and all staff were professional, polite and just a pleasure to be around. I fully recommend this hotel and will definitely make it my hotel of choice on my next trip to Abuja.

I ended up not staying at this property because they got their systems all mixed up.
