瓦拉馬爾流星酒店(Valamar Meteor Hotel)

The Valamar Meteor hotel was in a great location right by the beach and near the old town. The view was nice and the room was clean. Breakfast is also great !! The sunset is beautiful !!

Sehr schönes, modernisiertes Hotel in Top Lage. Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Die Fläche vor dem InfinityPool und Liegen waren leider komplett überfüllt und nichts mehr frei , was etwas ungemütlich war. Der kleine Garten vor dem Innenpool mit den Liegen und den Daybetten war aber schön ruhig und nicht ganz so überlaufen. Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Wir waren sehr froh, dass das Hotel nach der Winterpause wieder geoeffnet hat. Unser Aufenthalt war, wie immer ein Traum.... Zimmer sauber und die Aussicht herrlich, das Essen, egal ob Fruehstuck oder Abendessen grossartig... eine grosse Auswahl und es wurde immer sofort nachgelegt..Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend...Wetter hat mitgespielt und man konnte den Aussenpool nutzten. Wir kommen definitiv wieder..

Our family summer holiday in July 2023 at Valamar Meteor was a great experience (we parents & baby + grand parents). We stayed at the connecting rooms 2756 and 2755. The beds were comfortable, the baby cot beautifully prepared in advance, although the rooms were compact, we found our comfort after having removed all necessary baggage stocking it in our car. We enjoyed our time at the different pools (infinity pool, indoor pool) and the watergym with the ever joyful and inspiring Iris, we also took a swim at the beach in front of the hotel (walking distance) with friendly security guard preventing non-hotel guests to enter. More importantly, we loved the newly inaugurated kids/baby pool (temperature controlled) offering shallow play zones with little water slides and fountains, the few pool toys that can be found at your disposal were very appreciated by all kids. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Kids Club Maro with the team Zvone, Paula, Elmira, Eva, Doroteja, Matea, Elena, Vanja, Laura, Natalie, Tereza, Klara, Milan & Ante. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our 22-month-old son felt welcome, safe, and entertained. They provided a variety of engaging activities catered to his interest and age. They have plenty of pedagogical toys, games, books, little kitchens, houses, cars... Every evening there is a fantastic kids disco that invites each and every child to dance following the visit of a mascot called Maro, the kids loved her. The theater with a clown was also a funny event. The evening program is perfect and you will see many happy and engaged kids. We were particularly grateful for the complimentary 2-hour babysitting sessions (every day!) which allowed us some much-needed relaxation time. It was reassuring to know that our little one was in the safe and capable hands of the Kids Club’s team while we enjoyed some downtime. They also have a refreshment corner with water and ice cream if you allow it to your kid. Their professional and truly heartfelt caring approach truly sets them apart. We loved them and our son too. Outside in the front service area, there are lots of high quality and robust bicycles and trycycles at the disposal of the kids. You will notice that every kid is happily cycling around and exploring the vast lobby, just be careful not to bump into one of the little drivers or vice versa. There are free diapers in every toilet - an excellent amenity. The dining experience at the restaurant Mediterraneo Valamar Meteor was nothing short of amazing, be it for the breakfast or dinner. The restaurant offered a (very) wide variety of delicious meals, for carnivores, vegetarians and even vegans. Each dish was prepared with care and presented beautifully. The quality and diversity of the food were impressive, making each meal a culinary delight. La struttura è molto bella, il personale molto cordiale e gentile e a disposizione per ogni evenienza. La colazione inclusa era eccezzionale, molto variegata e ottima sotto tutti i punti di vista. Le piscine e le strutture dedicate ai bambini sono ottime e anche il Maro Club è stata una piacevole sorpresa per nostro figlio. Aspetto da sottolineare sono le sdraio in piscina e i teli mare inclusi nel prezzo. In generale tutto pulito e curato. La posizione della struttura è eccezzionale, di fronte alle spiagge e a 5min a piedi dal centro di Makarska.

We stayed at another hotel nearby for three nights and then changed to this one and this was so much better. Friendlier staff and better service , better gym and more things to do in the hotel area such as table tennis and pool tables , so we are very happy with our stay. The only downside was that the bathrooms are alittle small and that the pool cues was in bad shape so you couldn’t really use them but they have one good pool table that you can use but then there is a process to borrow the cues vere you have to sign and return the cues . . There was only one table tennis table and it was busy most of the time , because of this I’ll give 4 stars instead of 5 .

Wir zwei Erwachsene waren mit unseren 2 Kindern im Valamar Meteor in Makarska. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Essen war lecker und die Betreuung im Miniclub war überragend. Der Miniclub war sehr schön. Alles sehr neu und sauber. Die Außenanlage war sehr schön. Der Babypool und der Kinderpool richtig toll. Die Zimmer waren auch alle renoviert und mordern. Außer das Bad, das war klein und renovierungsbedürftig aber das hat uns nicht wahnsinnig gestört. Die Lage war perfekt. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Great hotel for family with kids. Delicious food! Great animation. Kids were very happy. Excelent location by the beach. The hotel has indoor and outdoor pool. Rooms could be bigger and more modern. Pillows are not so comfy.

Vi reiste med et barn på 2 år, og dette hotellet var helt perfekt for det. Fantastiske lekearealer, barnebasseng etc. Reiser med stor sannsynlighet tilbake hit med barn igjen. Litt små rom, og eldre standard på bad.
