Over claim hotel. Not 5 stars hotel. We had a-lot of bad experience in the servicing since the time we arrived. I spent 4 days - 3 nights and booking for 2 rooms in different time but under the same name. But the hotel said that I did the cancellation for 1 room. But I didn’t, and there’s no confirmation that I did that. So the the check in hotel was very long and makes me tired of standing n waiting. And the front liner lady didn’t show the 5 stars manners to guest. Our room had very good view, but not the bathroom shower and washtafel. There are stuck and leak. Thank God The technician comes and helps us. There are no wire rope for drying our clothes too. The room service was fast responded but not the pool man. We only got 1 pool towel no matter what. And oftenly the stock was out so my children didn’t get the towel for manu times. The staff in the pool was rude n harsh. The food was good, and has lots of variants. But They still allowed party in the hotel. I think they don’t have regulations so other guest could throw a LOUD party from 01:00-04:00 am. Very annoying and uncomfortable for us especially children. But the hotel did’t do any movement to stop the noise. Only give us fruits for complimentary. That’s not enough all out bad experience in this hotel. And so many more bad experiences that we dont share. I hope the hotels improving the servicing for better stays for anyone else. The bed is small.
