馬卡盛捷千禧酒店的評價

我帶著狗去了。房間裡有坐浴盆。工作人員非常熱情周到。不過地毯和毛巾都比較舊了。房間整體來說也比較老舊。而且光線比較暗。我更喜歡他們另一家薩默塞特酒店的房間佈局。但這家薩默塞特酒店離購物中心最近。

距離機場不遠 性價比高

這家飯店對於商務旅行/會議來說還不錯。就這個價位來說，我覺得性價比很高。不過，我覺得有些地方可以改進，讓整體體驗更好。 1）飯店設施需要升級－從房間到浴室（有霉味，浴室通風有點慢），再到健身房。 2）食物比上次入住時有所改善。 3）保全可以加強－凌晨12點多接到電話說有訪客，我說沒有，結果訪客還是來了。 4）高峰期（入住4-5天）有一部電梯停駛維修，導致早高峰時段非常擁擠。

熱水從淋浴中流出需要 3-4 分鐘以上的時間。 水量和水壓低 除此之外還不錯。 所有員工都很友善、有禮貌、令人愉快。 晚上和週末人比較少。 由於某種原因，我們入住期間所有的 Grab 巴士都位於飯店後面，所以要小心。

The hotel is on a quiet street within walking distance from Greenbelt. The room was very clean, with all the necessary facilities. I liked the idea of having a small water gallon instead of the usual plastic bottles. The reception staff was very friendly and ready to help when needed. The downsides: Equipment is visibly worn out, some parts of it being plain obsolete. One of the mornings I noticed the tomato slices in the serving plate are rotten (they smelled quite unpleasant), unfortunately, after putting them in my plate. Upon looking closely, I also noticed the cucumbers were long beyond their expiry date too. I signaled that to a hostess, who casually said "oh, ok", as if it's the most normal thing and not a reason for concern. One of the days a worker literally broke in my room for repairing something in the bathroom; apparently the reception hasn't given themselves the trouble to phone me first and check whether I'm there and is it convenient to come in. Oh, and I couldn't get a warm water shower none of the two days - there was simply no warm water coming out of the faucet, despite the wait. All in all, despite the nice location and clean room, I don't think I'll be visiting again.

和家人一起入住服務式公寓總是很棒的體驗。如果下次再和家人一起來，我還會選擇這裡。公寓還有室外游泳池，非常適合孩子！

網路上的照片與現在的樣子相差甚遠，顯然是舊照片。他們的收費與我預訂時所期望的相差甚遠。所有員工都非常棒，非常有禮貌、樂於助人而且很開朗。 我在馬卡蒂住過很多不錯的公寓，花費更少，而且更乾淨，也不陳舊。門都散架了，火災探測器從天花板上掉下來，浴室的玻璃和瓷磚也不乾淨，而且很舊，看起來一點也不像房產廣告上清新現代的照片，廚房檯面很舊，漆成了黑色，看起來很糟糕，對於我支付的價格，我期望的標準更高。 地點和員工是亮點

早餐每天都不一樣，即使住上幾晚也不會覺得膩，住得也很舒服。房間很乾淨，但淋浴不太順暢，馬桶也容易堵塞。

設施有點陳舊，但是服務很好，而且據同事説已經是同等可選情形下還算不錯的酒店了。

這是我第一次住在這裡，工作人員的友善、房間的清潔度和便利性都非常好。馬卡蒂值得推薦的飯店！

酒店位置在市區，附近有很多restaurant，很多小店鋪，電梯比較慢，櫃枱服務很好，房間很大，早餐很差

整體來說，這次住宿體驗不錯，只是自助早餐種類非常有限。
