馬卡蒂Olympia Condominium Corporation附近酒店

這是我第二次入住馬尼拉半島，18年來過一次，房間經過翻修，但變化不大。前台服務還是那麼高效友好。早餐的出品質量也是挺不錯的，但西式食物多，中式很少。令人意外的是以前印象深刻的門廳服務卻很掉價，我們車到後很多行李員都在，卻沒人帶我們拉車門，拉行李，門口以前一個高個子的黑大叔帶大蓋帽的門僮很好，但現在也換人了，就管自己聊天，不去幫客人開車門。後來還是一位安檢小哥幫我們拉得行李。同樣的服務問題也出現在早餐領位的小姐姐，好高傲的樣子，令人失望。專業的酒店，遮光窗簾做成這樣，唉！！！

總體來説很不錯，非常方便，去 BGC 或 Mandaluyong 都衹需要十幾分鍾，去機場也很快。Makati 裏面有很多餐食選擇，酒店的樓頂游泳池雖然較小但是維護的很好！

周邊購物方便，甚至還有葯店，飯館眾多，國際大牌林立，還有超市。比較安全。酒店二樓中餐廳很贊味道好，價格不貴，有個中國女經理熱情周到，賓至如歸。

酒店房間十分舒適，整潔！酒店人員很有禮貌，服務很好！唯一有些不滿意是在早上用餐時候，餐廳員工服務有些混亂,第一天用餐時餐廳員工按排了位置給我們，因為要清潔餐枱叫我們先去拿食物，但當我拿食物回來之後按排的餐枱時，以有其他客人用了，我拿着手上的食物根本不知要去那！真影響心情而且感覺十分尷尬！最後員工有按排其它位置給我們，但己影響我用餐的心情😑

我們早上四五點到的，被告知如果六點鐘入住就要收半價，然後我們就在大廳等待。一個小時後服務員告訴我我們可以免費提前入住，我很感謝他，還給了小費。但是退房的時候卻説我們提前入住，要收半價房費，我説是你們服務員自己和領導申請説給我們免費的，但是她態度冷淡，説我們沒有免費提前入住。 酒店位置很好，但是設施不是很好，房間有黴味，衞生間應該是升級過的，還可以。

前臺服務非常好, 友喜, 親切 . very helpful . 房間非常大, 有足夠陽光入屋！ 酒店位置非常方便, 附近有三間大型商場！

酒店地理位置不錯，餐廳多，早餐能有現磨咖啡和熱牛奶就更好了。房間空調不舒服，服務員動不動就打電話容易被打擾。

除了酒店轉機是個災難,我們可以推薦這家酒店。我們住在一個有單獨牀和客廳的房間。我們幾乎沒有出去吃午餐和晚餐。35樓的米斯特羅提供了一流的景色和美味的菜餚,除了我們不喜歡的很少(也許味道不同)。從清潔女工到女服務員和經理,工作人員都很友好,真的很關心他們的服務。與希爾頓相比,我們推薦這家酒店,那裏的體驗很差,而西達住宅比希爾頓更值錢

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. 1.這裏酒店比較新，合適家庭或者團隊住，有大廳和房間，很舒適！！下面超市方便！值得入住。 2.不滿意的地方衹是沒有多餘的被子給我。要加收才有被子。 3.有洗衣機很適合我們出差住宿。
