房間真的很垃圾，一進房間一股臭味黴味！！！！一整晚被這個發黴的味道嗆的咳嗽，這是我最不能接受的！！我是帶着口罩睡了一整晚的，因為整個房間除了衞生間其他地方都是鋪的地毯，所以一股發黴的味道，對於介意的朋友，真的不建議選擇這家酒店，可能馬來西亞的酒店都這樣，房間的燈特別昏暗，但是依然可以感覺到很不乾淨，床頭擋板很臟，不建議入住，我是真的受不了這個黴味，太難受了，但是地理位置比較好，樓下有711，離雞場街夜市很近

酒店位置方便，樓下就是H&M,7-11，走路可到英雄廣場 鷄場街，入時住沒按金，但要 Visa 或 Mastercard卡 做紀錄。

服務態度非常好，離雞場街也近，就是設施稍微舊了一點，然後晚上頂樓的夜店感覺很吵，起碼要到凌晨1點才消停。所以儘量不要選太高的樓層。

糟糕的一次酒店入住！房間潮濕，有黴斑，床單有很多小頭髮，叫了前台換床單後很久才來，過後又打了一次電話才來，效率慢，表示這個環境和服務撐不起五星，不值533一晚，不會再來了🙄

房間大小還可以，設施有些舊，位置好，離雞場街紅屋近，早餐很好，五星水平，特贊

整體蠻不錯的，算比較好的酒店，設施也齊全，房間也不會小。但給安排的那個房間看出去是牆壁，風景不好，採光不夠，斜看是泳池，私隱性不行，泳池的人可以看到房間。

被罩上有點臟，我看床單還算乾淨，就忍了沒找客服。
早餐非常少，酸奶都沒有。熱食種類很多但都沒有適合中國胃的，很本土，住的也是馬來人多。
反而一層酒店大堂隔壁的的餐廳很好吃。如果不是建議不用買帶早餐的，自己提前買或者有時間在樓下和外面吃。

飯店的每個人服務都很親切，隨時能掌控客人的需求，也會主動的打招呼，只是對於房間內的異味比較難以接受，有很重的潮濕味，每次進門都覺得很難受

這個酒店挺好，很大，人也多，房間夠大，雙人間的床比想象的寬點，小廳的沙發都可以睡小朋友，衞生尚可吧，開始預訂的時候還有點擔心，但是check in 很快，無按金無額外收税什麼的，check out 就更快，直接放前台就好，工作人員熱情耐心，不過住房間確實體會不到啥服務，早餐豐富衹是不適合中國胃，酒店周邊美食特別多，背後還有榴蓮攤，對面連着商場，離去吃海鮮的地方走路兩公里，推薦這裏住，畢竟馬六甲真不大。

飯店位置算很方便，不過離雞場街有點距離，可以用走的或是叫車過去，隔壁有商場可以逛，也有兌換所可以換錢，飯店早餐還不錯。

地點優悅，就在英雄廣場旁邊，附近有傳統及新派娘惹菜餐廳，英雄廣場商場提供更多選擇，電影院及戲院就在旁邊，7-11 就在入口，很是方便。酒店員全部都親切有禮，同時亦提供行李寄存服務，但早餐一般，而且座位有點擁擠，Hatten Hotel整體CP值算好。

酒店位置實在太方便了，步行就能抵達荷蘭紅屋一系列的景點，雖然是老酒店了，但是維護和經營的還算不錯，來馬六甲推薦住

酒店的地理位置優越，但馬六甲是個小地方，去哪裡都不遠。十年沒有去過了，還是一樣沒有任何變化，市中心的商業都關門大吉了。

酒店房間很大，有點像套房，有單獨小客廳。
衞生狀況也很好，有個室外屋頂游泳池，非常舒服。
沒定早餐，樓下酒店後門有典型的馬來早餐。
去景區走路即可。
酒店旁邊就有百盛，馬路對面也有商場。
性價比高
