Hallo , Everything was Ok . What I can offer as a guest / working as a HSK manager / - to manage one extra blanket and linen .

No sevice at all, very unclean, customer service is very poor, everything is very dark and scary.

The worst place I stayed in through over my 30years of traveling. No services provided and old towels and not even changing them on the daily basis. Not recommended at all

I was worried after reading some negative reviews but I think it's a beautiful place to stay. It is up high so you have to access either from a steep stairway (bad when lugging suitcases) or a winding street. It has a peaceful terrace overlooking the city and the Citidel is perched up in front and lit up at night. It's a little walk downhill into the nightlife but remember the walk up later. There is no staff around and it feltike we were the only ones there but would occasionally see other so I know people were there. They were doing construction on the main floor and looked like possibly making a place to serve breakfast. The room does have a kettle and mini fridge. Our room overlooked the terrace and found it very relaxing. We slept with the window open at night and the little fountain was so nice to listen to. However we did get eaten up by mosquitoes! Our bad. Definitely would love to stay here again, just might take a taxi when we have baggage.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Was perfect for my last minute long weekend trip. Just a short walk from the city centre (though maybe a little hilly for an older or less able guest? But av cheap taxi ride) and a lovely peaceful morning walk up monte victoria. Quiet street, simple but perfectly equipped room and en-suite, gorgeous views over Malaga from the hotel terrace and very easy self service check in and out. Brilliant

The directions to access the hotel and room are thorough and accurate. The room was basic and clean. This property was likely lovely at one time but it looks to be abandoned. The hotel itself looks deserted and is beginning to show signs of neglect. It is very strange and slightly eerie to be in a hotel with no staff or sign of life around. On our second night, there was a private party in the garden. There were people mingling and talking and nothing too outrageous. Before long, it turned into what sounded like a raging disco and moved inside the hotel. The pouding music finally stopped just before 2 AM making it impossible to sleep before then. Had we booked into a hotel with a nightclub, this could be expected, however, this was not part of what we paid for and very disappointing.

Debió en algún momento ser el sitio ideal y atendido por esa familia del que se habla en otras reseñas!!!! He estado en agosto y es una gran decepción!!! Te venden en la web un desayuno gratis q no existe, el hotel está desatendido. Las habitaciones no se hacen, tuvimos q llamar por tlf a un número q estaba en recepción el cual dijo q llamaría al dueño para ver si daba el consentimiento de arreglarla cuando hay un cartel en el baño donde pone q se arreglan a diario!!!! En la cama de matrimonio las sabanas no se correspondían con las medidas de la cama quedando al descubierto la funda protectora del colchón, un ascooooo!!!!!!!El jardín es un secarral que además está cerrado con lo cual ni siquiera puedes salir!!!! En fin q el nuevo propietario quiere vivir de la buena fama q dejó esa familia!! Aparcar es un horror, calle estrecha y suben los coches a la acera pq no hay sitio!!! En fin un hotel ideal para arruinar tus vacaciones.
