馬拉加MARIA ZAMBRANO站附近酒店

Barcelo Malaga就在馬拉加火車站旁邊,有很多商店和餐館。公交車站步行僅100米左右。房間很乾淨,但是Wifi沒有那麼強。洗澡的水很濃,水壺提供,但是沒有包咖啡和茶。接待人員很好,他們給你提供馬拉加地圖,告訴你景點的方向和地點。

房間位置很不錯，門口就是一個英國宮，離老城區也很近，酒店很新，很乾凈還帶有微波爐可以自己去超市買食物拿回來加熱，住了三天感覺很舒服。

到目前爲止,我最好的住宿體驗之一!位置優越,最專業的工作人員,很棒的屋頂,還有酒吧,寒氣區和游泳池。房間很乾淨,很現代。早餐種類繁多,新鮮,非常美味,供應到中午。我們在那裏感覺很棒,不僅接待了傑出的接待員,還接待了清潔服務或早餐服務的人。我們的聯繫人通常是哈維爾,他讓我們感到非常歡迎 - 非常專業,友好和禮貌的人!萬一我會回到馬拉加,我一定會選擇Room Mate Valeria。

朋友推薦這家酒店作爲我們在馬拉加的住宿,它沒有讓人失望。接待處的工作人員對我們表示歡迎,他們在5分鐘內讓我們坐在一杯卡瓦酒裏,快速檢查,輕鬆入住,我們被帶到4樓可愛的房間。房間很棒,擁有我們期望的一切和更多的東西。浴室和設施都很好,有很多隱藏的觸感。牀是我們多年來體驗的最舒適的牀之一。我們很喜歡這家酒店提供的款待,我們在屋頂餐廳和酒吧享用早餐,我們參觀了游泳池區,甚至在底層的卡門吃了午餐。我們住了四晚,從這家位置完美的酒店享受馬拉加。如果我們返回馬拉加,我們將100%返回這家酒店,但我們也期待着嘗試該集團必須提供的其他酒店。對這羣優秀的員工做得很好。

來西班牙很多次，第一次遇到這麼不專業且高高在上的酒店工作人員，可謂大開眼界。首先酒店沒有停車場，也沒有代客泊車，需要先把車停在酒店門口，自己把行李拿到前台check-in，然後再開去附近的付費停車場（27歐/晚）。app或郵件都沒有提前告知這個訊息，門口臨時停在哪也不標明（並不是所有區域都可以停），打電話給前台也不解釋清楚，害我們險些與路人發生沖突，但幸好路人比AC酒店人員更通情達理，總之就是把所有的不便和狼狽都丟給住客來承擔。 其次，check-in的時候前台非常隨意的把我們的護照搞丟了，三位工作人員之間完全不交流，非常混亂，剛剛因為要去停車寄存的行李，前台也不知道放在哪兒，需要住客提醒才能知道下一步做什麼，簡直像沒有培訓過一樣。 萬豪白金會員在此簡直一文不值，沒有免費早餐（首次遇到），房間安排在正對電梯門的位置，從早到晚都非常吵。我看到有住客評論説他（金卡會員）在這裏獲得的待遇，我們一概沒享受到，希望不是因為我們是中國人被差別對待了。 硬件上也是最多三星級標準，設施都很陳舊，房間內白天很熱，但空調衹能制熱不能製冷。 在這家酒店，很容易遇到黑着臉的工作人員，也有熱情專業的早餐服務人員。但當我們事後向酒店反應服務問題的時候，他們甚至不想去核實是哪位工作人員出的問題，衹是自以為是的推卸責任，一副我就是這樣，你愛住不住的嘴臉。 我們很少遇到如此冷漠無禮的酒店人員，即便是普通人都不會如此不尊重他人，我們現在非常後悔選擇了這家酒店，比上班還心累，最後兩天的假期完全被他們毀了。

哇......這家酒店🏨是一切的中心，並且符合所有正確的要求：生態 - 不用每天打掃房間，可以節省房間費用！價格- 物超所值有史以來最安靜的酒店有史以來最好的空調免費無線網絡工作人員非常樂於助人、有禮貌且友好早餐很棒- 適合每個人- 經常補充很容易從機場外的巴士站或火車站前往

말라가 센터 에서 조금 떨어져 있는 이 호텔은 굉장히 깨끗하고 훌륭한 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 다만 시티 센터로 가고 싶을 때는 버스를 이용 해야 합니다. 버스로 20분 정도 가면 시티 센터에 도착하고 생각보다 쉽게 대중교통을 이용할 수 있어서 큰 불편함을 못 느꼈습니다. 조식이 훌륭하고룸 컨디션도 좋은 편입니다. 하지만 옥상에 수영장은, 생각보다 얇고 작습니다 그 점은 감안해 합니다

We arrived at the Hotel at 1200 so popped into the hotel to see if we could perhaps have a coffee and a snack. The receptionist told us our room was ready and we could check in. There was ample free parking everywhere around the hotel. The room was lovely with two pods enclosed into the room. One for the toilet one for the shower. The bed was comfy with fresh new bedding and the rooftop pool and bar was stunning with ample beds. The receptionist gave us a map and showed us where there were bars and restaurants. we ate there in the evening. About 20 twenty minutes walk away is a wide spacious beach. The airport is two miles away taking six or seven minutes in a car. We would highly recommend this hotel for its value and location.

I just stayed in the Campanile Malaga airport and would not recommend it.Firstly it is not as near the airport as the Campanile claim.The other airport hotels most of which i have used over the years are more easily accessed. The hotel is positioned near retail park on the outskirts of Malaga past the airport with no direct route to the airport. My taxi this morning Jan 2023 to the airport was 18 euros compared to for example the Budget Ibis or Hilton Garden village which average 8/ 10 euros. On the map it does look like the campanile is the closest hotel to the airport but it is not. The hotel is in what could only be called a small compound behind a retail park for ref. look for BIGASSOFA store and the hotel is in a dark back street behind it . The hotel appears to have limited secure parking but you can park on the street outside. The rooms are small compared to say the Ibis and have limited light and fresh air as the window at least in the small room we were allocated which was of the reception and down a corridor with no windows,stained carpet in corridor and through two fire doors. The small beds were clean, bathroom ok but could do with some remedial work. The hotel seems to have adopted the name Restaurant Campanile Malaga airport.The restaurant was not open and we were told by receptionist is not open at the weekends She advised us we could get food early evening at the retail park. The restaurant is a small area of the small reception which also houses a group of chairs and a TV which was continually showing silent football games when we were there. The receptionist informed us the ground floor rooms were the quietest rooms in the hotel.The room we were in was not quiet.The room next door had definitely more than 2 adults in it playing music loudly and screaming at tv from shortly after we arrived to the early hours of morning.The receptionist asked them twice to keep it down but was basically ignored.This resulted in us getting 2/3 hours sleep before our early morning Ryan Air flight. Overall a really bad experience and i would strongly recommend using any of the other airport hotels most of which are literally 5 mins on a direct main road to the airport terminal.

酒店挺好的，挺乾淨的，應該也是離機場最近的，但是不要看網上説的可以走路過去，全是騙你的，出去就是高速公路，你想被撞死嗎，你在高速公路上走，然後還要帶着行李橫穿高速公路嗎？吃東西的話建議在機場吃完再去酒店，酒店附近反正我住的時候只有便利店，而且全是零食，記得Uber去酒店，機場出租車最低服務費19歐元，Uber大概5歐
