Just returning from a school reunion at this property. Thirty of us were pampered by their most efficient staff, led by their able General Manager Sanjay Pagie !! Beautiful location, nice rooms, beautifully curated landscape, great food and most courteous staff members. Elizabeth, their sales head coordinated the event beautifully, and every request was taken positively. The property is ideal for reunion get togethers, corporate meets and even social events like weddings Sanjay does run an efficient and effective ship, kudos !! Eat wishes to the team, we shall return :)

Our stay at Mercure Goa Devaaya Resort was delightful from start to finish. We booked directly, and the manager and staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, including rooms rooms next to each other. The beautifully maintained grounds and serene riverfront setting created a relaxing atmosphere. High tea by the river was a memorable highlight, beautifully served with a stunning view. The resort offers fun activities for all ages, keeping everyone entertained. The food was fresh and delicious, with a great variety and innovative mocktails. The informative mocktail class was a fun experience. Special thanks to the front desk for resolving technical challenges to ensure my points were credited, and to the restaurant staff for their thoughtful attention to our children. A perfect destination for a peaceful and well-catered getaway. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time. Food was absolutelydelicious, but what made our experience better was Ashish, who helped with the service from our sweet welcome to the helping with the best food choices and made it one of our best experience.

The place is fantastic but what makes it even better is the team - the exceptional levels of customer service and amazing hospitality that they all show all the time we come. Big credit to Sanjay Pagi and his team, Chef Kapil, Manager Mohit, and all the amazing team members - Ashish, RItik, Lector, Rini and Amit. We will be back soon.

So basically We went for our daughter first bday celebration. We wanted it intimate. The location , area , staff & hospitality was out of this world. I want to mention 2 names. Mr Shriniwas Kulkarni & Mr Ashish Rajput. They both are the best personnel at the site. Mr ashish from the restaurant & Mr Kulkarni ji was with us throughout the stay and assisted us eith everything. Amazing property with excellent hospitality by all the staffs. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with spacious balconies and lovely view. Food was super delicious specially spaghetti with pesto sauce and red Thai curry. We had a lovely and will definitely come back again. Kudos to the team ⭐️✨🙏🥳

Mercure Goa devaaya resort is like our second home. It's just a magical, right from room to resturant just name it. Beautiful surroundings, clean sparkling pool, fantastic ,clean & well equipped gym. This place take our all worries & give us peace of mind. My daughter is fond of this resort like anything. She pulls us to bring us back here. Everything is perfect. Housekeeping is clean. Service is top notch. Starting from reception to gardeners, security adding their broad smiles with warm welcome & room deco touches us & gives us home feeling. Special thanks to GM - Sanjay Pagi & HR - Trupti who always wish & meet us in the restaurant & property. Special thanks to Vinod karmalkar who always takes our call at any point of time, even at 2 am in the morning to do the booking & always ready to accommodate us. Helan make sure my daughter is fine & also shanaya has her meals on time with particularly make sure shanaya has hi tea whenever we are in the property . James & adam are so attentive to take our calls in the night. Thanks to Helan for helping us to activate the accor membership card online when we had gone for dinner at Novotel Panjim & to redeem the Accor points & her continuous follow up to get our membership card. Resturant - Chef kapil & Godhan feed us with authentic home style food as per our request.Speciality of Godhan chef's - foogath, bhendi sol is mind blowing, whereas kapil chef is master in goan fish curry & tandoori. Service- Mohit,dhiraj, Priyanka, rini,sankalp,lutte,hemant,teresa & lactor they go out of their way to serve us. Joe at bar is outstanding with his skills to make our special drinks blue lagoon & mango mint which is my favourite. Maintenance team are on their toe to assist us.specially prakash. Housekeeping Preeti & her team are too good, specially night shift staff with quick response. Pool attendant (Rama) is very dedicated with his services by maintaining clean & hygiene pool for kids & adults. Anuj & his team specially sanisha always keep my daughter engaged with their activities. Great help from goan chef shobha who prepared local medicine for my daughter who had indigestion problem during last night. Last but not the least - Shrivastava, karishma, George & all the securities are too good with giving warm welcome. My daughter will miss the Sao joa dance this year bcoz of school which was nicely organised by devaaya team & included us as part of the festival with putting Sao Joa crown on her head that gave me the feel the Sao joa is still alive in goan hearts. Special thanks to Nilesh who introduced this place to me, although being a school mate he didn’t know me well in school & till now ( just joking). The resort is literally a gem on the Island away from all the noise and comorsion, situated at a perfect peaceful location. The various facilities we enjoyed doing was fishing, painting, table tennis and cycling.They also provide crocodile sightseeing but unfortunately we weren’t able to do it because of the weather condition. The rooms we stayed in was so comfortable and spacious. Majority of the rooms are inspired by the Goan Portuguese architectural houses with some modern interiors in some of the rooms. The hotel staff provided 5 star service, especially miss Rina. We dined at their restaurant that provided lip smacking Indian Food… 10/10 for the Indian food. I highly recommend this resort if you looking for a peaceful scenic gateway with Family or friends… it’s even a perfect option for couples as well.All thanks to our travel Agent “ Silver Travels” always exceeds our expectations, Loved staying here and would definitely visit again.
