Nous y avons séjourné pour une nuit. Arrivée tardive et départ le matin donc nous n'avons pas pu profiter de toutes les infrastructures de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner compris dans notre séjour était correct. Tout le monde y trouve de quoi se restaurer. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose de toutes les commodités ( douche et wc) qui sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le matelas était un peu trop dur pour nous mais pour un court séjour cela n'était pas trop gênant.

Υπέροχη εμπειρία διακοπών! Το service ήταν άψογο, με προσωπικό πάντα χαμογελαστό, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε πραγματικά καλοδεχούμενοι. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν εξαιρετική, ευγενική και πάντα χαμογελαστή!! Οι χώροι και τα δωμάτια ξεχώριζαν για την καθαριότητα και την υγιεινή, ενώ το all-inclusive πακέτο μάς εντυπωσίασε με το ποικίλο και γευστικό φαγητό. Ιδιαίτερη νότα δροσιάς και διασκέδασης έδωσε το Aqua Gym με τον Αντώνη το πρωί στην πισίνα, μια εμπειρία που απολαύσαμε πολύ! Η τοποθεσία, δίπλα στη θάλασσα και πολύ κοντά στο Ηράκλειο, το κάνει ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και εξορμήσεις. Μια ολοκληρωμένη εμπειρία που σίγουρα θα θέλαμε να ξαναζήσουμε – το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Hotel a fuir !!!!!!!! Par où commencer, les chambres sont très simpliste pour un hotel. Une salle de bain petite sombre et avec une douche ou l’eau coule plus dans la salle de bain que dans le bac a douche. L’hotel est plongé dans le noir avec l’impossibilité d’allumer les lampes plus de 5 secondes pour passer dans les couloirs. ( extrêmement dangereux) Le repas du midi est uniquement de 13h a 14h et celui du soir de 19h a 20h. Attention de ne pas arriver en retard sinon vous vous ferez reprendre par le patron comme un enfant. Lors d’un apéritif sur la terrasse, Le patron est venu nous crier dessus car nous avons mis les chips dans un bol et non dans un papier. La piscine n’est accessible uniquement en payant des boissons supplémentaires alors que nous avons payé pour être en All in. C’est une honte !!! Les boissons du all in sont uniquement des sodas en poudre et de plus sont chaude car l’appareil qui les distribues est en plein soleil toute la journée. La responsable de l’hotel a oser me répondre "nous en crête on achète des boissons au magasin" alors pourquoi me faire payer en all inclusive si je dois acheter mes propres boissons.... Le repas est le meme tous les jours a l’hotel, jamais de changement et a peine 3 ou 4 propositions de repas. Le petit déjeuner je n’en parle meme pas.... J’ai ramené une crepe de l’extérieur ( car les seuls desserts du restaurant sont denla pastèque ou des oranges ) on ma gentillement demandé de monter dans ma chambre la manger au risque de me voir facturé une taxe supplementaire, première fois de ma vie qu’un hotel veux me faire payer car j’ai acheté une crepe a l’extérieur. Je précise qu’ils ne vendent meme pas de crêpes. J’ai eu un soucis avec la clim et j’ai eu le malheur de demandé de la réparer. Le patron m'a limite insulte car je ne savait pas que si la porte de balcon n’est pas fermé alors la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Je suis extrêmement déçu, lorsque on se pleint du patron a la mangeuse elle nous demande d’etre comprehensible car il est malade, mais ce n’est pas mon probleme quand on est malade on reste chez soi on ne viens pas deranger ses clients et mal leur parler. Si je peux donner un conseil ne venais jamais ici !!!! Un camp militaire au lieu d’un hotel club de vacances. Je n’ai pas payé pour être traité ainsi.!!!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Rena ist die perfekte Gastgeberin die auch Deutsch spricht.Die Zimmer waren mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet und wurden täglich sauber gemacht.Leider fehlte eine Garderobe oder wenigstens ein paar Hacken für Kleidung. Die Küche ist ausserordentlich gut und abwechslungsreich.Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist gut der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt.Die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind am ganzen Strand kostenlos! Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und würden wieder buchen.Die schlechten Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Wer auf Luxus setzt sollte aber besser mehr Sterne buchen.Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im schönen Amadoura. Danke Rena.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig was Türen und Lift betrifft. Wir hatten leider das Pech das eine Abiklasse dort war, Katastrophe. Unendlich laut. Gegenüber eine Freilichtbühne, auch in dieser Zeit Konzerte. An Schlaf nicht zu denken. Das Frühstück und Abendessen entspricht nicht ganz den 3 Sternen, gerade das Abendessen. Zimmer waren sauber und immer frische Handtücher. Der Bereich zum draußen Essen, sehr, sehr beengt, da abgegrenzt. Die Rezeption glich einer Abstellkammer. Der Weg zum Stand sind wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten und ein kleines Stück Paradies.

La cuisine crétoise par le cuisinier de cet hôtel est excellente !! J’étais ravie ! Les propriétaires l’équipe des serveurs sont aimables et attentifs à vos demandes! Hôtel proche d’Heraklion. Chambre qui date un peu mais literie parfaite ! Le seul bémol la climatisation ne fonctionne pas !! Donc serviette humide fraîche pour s’endormir obligée ! J’en ai parlé à la direction qui m’a indiqué que la climatisation était neuve… ok ! Mais j’ai passé une nuitee avec la même température proche de la plage de Balos, les 16 degrés dans cette chambre n’étaient pas ceux de Marirena hôtel … un effort svp a faire pour les voyageurs qui après une journée en plein soleil aimeraient récupérer la nuit de la fatigue… Merci

Το χειρότερο ξενοδοχείο που έμεινα ποτέ. Λίγο και χάλια φαγητό, λερωμένα δωμάτια και γενικά το ξενοδοχείο, τις πετσέτες μπάνιου τις άλλαζαν κάθε 3 μέρες. Συμπεριφορά από τον ιδιοκτήτη και τους υπαλλήλους απαίσια καθόλου χαμόγελο και ευγένεια. Δεν θα έμενα ποτέ ξανά σε αυτό το αχούρι!!

It a clean, friendly place and staf. Very near to the beach. Good WiFi. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and the staff was cleaning it every day. There is a lift. A good and clean pool. No far from the beach and from the agreements also. Thanks 🙏🏼

I arrive with my wife at about 9 AM, were told we have to wait for about 2h or more for room to be ready. Not a big deal. Left to eat and got back. Upon entering the room, we noticed it had a funny smell. The century old looking AC also was not working and was not fixed even after we complained about it. When turning on the light to the bathroom, the fan started to make a loud noise. That fan hasn’t been changed in many, many years. The noise was so bad, we had to turn off the light when entering the bathroom, especially at night when you’re tired and don’t want to hear noise. Speaking of noise, every single day, there was music from a hotel nearby up until 12 AM. From that same hotel, during daytime, you could hear continuous, non-stop LOUD music. The music was the worse, filthy mainstream music you can imagine. It’s like they purposefully gathered the worst radio “hits” from present day and several years ago and played them to drive people crazy. Now, breakfast starts at 8 AM and ends at 9 AM. But when you’re forced to go to sleep at 12 AM because of the bad and continuous music being played every day, it’s safe to say you can’t wake up at 8 AM. However, we did wake up at 8 AM a few times, to see what the included breakfast is all about. The breakfast is poor, but passable. It’s important to mention that if you don’t arrive on time for breakfast, an old guy, which I assume is the owner, will tell you off. Yes, that’s right. He won’t let you go have breakfast if you’re late. One situation that shocked me was the following: Wife went for breakfast at about 8:30, I went there at 8:52. I wanted to go inside to my wife, but the old man would not let me. He said I can wait for her on the other side. I was shocked. How can an old man tell me where and if I am allowed to check on my wife? This is crazy. Later I found out that many people were actually complaining about the old guy and how early the breakfast starts and how soon it ends. Let me tell you more about the room: It looks like crap. Tiles on the floor are old, look ugly, and all in all make you feel dirty. The room looks and feels dirty. The furniture is also very old and again, looks dirty. Our sheets have also never been changed, but on the last day. Only the sheet that we cover ourselves with was changed, like a few times. But not the sheets on which we slept on or the pillow covers. So we slept for a week on dirty sheets and pillows. Outside, at ground level, the green bushes/vegetation was sprinkled on with some kind of chemical that smelled bad. This means that you could not open your window for fresh air, because the smell of this chemical would get all inside the room. Also, at ground floor, where we stayed at, there was a whiff that would come from somewhere, and that whiff smelled like bad cheese. I was like *** is this. Also, colonies of ants can be found on the property and next to our door. The pool they have is dirty, found a lot of hair in it which got in my mouth as

It was cheap and we didn't expected much from it, as they say you get what you pay, but experience was even more worst then we even could imagine. And it's not about quality of food and drinks when you go with all inclusive it was very poor, but the attitude and rudeness of the owner who is always complaining about everything, making up the ridiculous rules like you can not finish your breakfast coffee near the pool, or leave your bags in friends room after checkout even when the hotel doesn't have save lockers or safe room for extra charge and do not take any responsibility. Always some bad jokes and insults with the feeling that he is not hotel host or more prison guard. Asking for a drink that belongs to you is awkward because you have a feeling that every move of personnel is like huge favour and you need to feel guilty of doing it. Maria is really nice and trying to take care of you, but everything rest is making you feel uncomfortable and annoyed, so if you want cozy vacation do not choose Marirena, you can change menu, do the renovation to get more comfort for the guests, but you will not change Mr. George and he will make worst of it.
