La struttura è bella pero' i ristoranti offrono tutti un menu molto simile ( escludendo quello italiano che ha tutti i piatti scritti in modo scorretto e non invita certo un' italiana come me a provarli , chiedere 80 dollari a persona e non verificare nemmeno il nome dei piatti non è una buona pubblicita'). La piscina è molto bella e sono sicura che con l'aqua climatizzata sarebbe ancora meglio . Ultima cosa che mi sento di segnalare e' il servizio di noleggio della macchina! Abbiamo prenotato la macchina per 2 giorni, facendo un programma per vedere piu cose possibili e quando siamo andati a ritirare la macchina al giorno e all'orario stabilito ci hanno detto che non era disponibile e non sapevano dirci quando lo sarebbe stata! È arrivata 2 ore dopo e non abbiamo potuto visitare tutti i posti che avevamo programmato! In piu nei 2 giorni che abbiamo tenuto la macchina continuava ad accendersi una spia di malfunzionamento del motore, l'abbiamo segnalato piu volte, perche non è bello essere in giro e avere problemi alla macchina , soprattutto se non è la tua e c' e' stato detto di non preoccuparci che la macchina faceva sempre cosi...

Nice property, but expect to spend $150 per day on resort fees and parking. And expect to spend $100 per person/day for basic meals. Really helpful if you’re willing to drive around a bit to stock up your room with snacks. And please do venture out to eat with locals. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

It was just beautifully maintained. Not a blade of grass out of place. You'd never know the beach was right there by looking at the floors inside. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit damp feeling but not like..wet. You are between the ocean and the rainforest so it was not unexpected. Location is a bit remote if you want to explore San Juan. To give you an idea, a cab ride from San Juan airport is approximately $72 before tip. Renting a car is the cheapest option for getting around. Lack of accessible tour options with the tour company on site was a disappointment. Was hoping for just a tour bus/shuttle with no hiking to see the sights but that didn't exist. Please please DO put bug spray on your legs if you go on the beach anywhere near morning or late afternoon/evening. When I say I'm suffering from itchy bites, I mean SUFFERING! :) All in all, we had the most wonderful time and I absolutely do recommend this property for relaxation and outdoor adventuring.

The resort was beautiful. Nothing to do at nighttime. Not much to do when it rained out except to hang out in the room. It rained everyday. The room AC was fixed at 68 degrees or less. We froze to death the first day and night. No blankets. When I asked for compensation for maybe Wyndham reward points for the horrible night, they ignored it. They did fix the AC the second day where we got it up to 72 degrees. The rest of the entire hotel is set at 68 degrees also. The safe was broken and they never repaired it after two visits from security. If AC is your preference in the tropics and if you like quiet nights and little entertainment, this is the resort for you.

My husband and I had a great time. Loved the fact that the keys were bracelets ! Our stay was very relaxing. The room was clean and the resort had great and convenient amenities. Multiple restaurants on the resort, all bookable online.

Something for everyone here. My friend not complaint is that the rooms were humid even with the air con on. It was cool but still damp. Counter top’s and surfaces felt slightly damp at all times.

Atención 5 estrellas !! Sin duda volvería !
