There are no mattresses. They’re slabs of plywood with a sleep pad on top. The most uncomfortable “bed” I slept on in years. Camping is more comfortable.

Not the best Hostel Thin walls with crashing doors does not mix. Telling me to move my vehicle from one empty lot to another when I wanted to ski the day I was checking out was not cool One full bathroom with the shower and toilet in one room to share between 6 people wasn't ideal If you wan tto recycle you need at least two trash receptacles. Check in was envelope with a key, rather than tour of hostel and/or orientation Could not get into promise hot tub

This was my first hostel experience and it was good! Overall clean and the kitchen had what I needed. It was another solo trip for me and it was nice to make a few friends to ski with. My room (206), was uncomfortably cold the first night, even with the extra blanket. I asked one of the cleaning staff for a space heater (per another reviewer) and that saved me!

This is nice place to stay. It’s clean and quiet. However please get new mattresses that are actually comfortable. And offer real blankets instead of sheet thin tiny blankets. Also the pillows are extremely flat and worn out. Bedding in general please update. Other than that house keeping is really good and it’s a cool place to stay.

Very uncomfortable The bottom bunk I was placed on was no room and it was too low, I had to sit on the chair. My roommate was shorter than me but she was placed on the bunk that have higher room. How there only be one outlet for the entire room? Also my roommate had a personal light but mine didn't. The outlet wasn't anywhere near my bunk. Why is it a space heater not a central heater? Space heater wasn't even strong enough.
