La meilleure option business quand on séjourne à Managua. On aime l’emplacement pour sortir dîner aux galerias et sur place. Le petit dej incroyable, la piscine pour les pauses farniente. On n’aime pas la douche qui est vraiment violente en puissance de jet et qui date d’un autre temps. Le bruit tôt le matin dans les couloirs des gens de l’hôtel qui ne respectent pas le calme.

La Limpieza de la habitación necesita mejorar y hacerla temprano. Llegamos después de las 3pm y no habían arreglado la habitación

The hotel staff was very friendly, and spoke good English. The pool was great for the kids, and had sun over it until 4pm. The air conditioning stopped working one of the days we were there, but the hotel staff was able to come up and repair it within 30 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering gallo pinto every day, and nacatamales on the weekend.

What I liked is that the driver waited for us when the flight was delayed. What I didn't like what the poor customer service at the front desk. I came from the airport at 5:30 AM and was trying to sleep and the ladies from the room cleaning were making a lot of noises and screaming names. I couldn't sleep at all. The second time that I was trying to stay, the front desk gentleman didn't honor the price and made me make the reservation online through ******* to lock that price, I did but I didn't include my two kids and when I told him to complete everything he refused, I asked him to cancel the reservation since I paid in advanced and he told me that I had to communicate with *******, I tried but ******* refer me to the hotel, I explained that to him and he refused to help me even though when I dialed the number to contact the hotel (international call) his phone was the one ringing. Very Terrible experience and bad attitude and service, I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, I was tired and just needed to rest.

Location was great Seems like the ******* bookings always get the lower quality of stocks in every hotel I book - a coworker booking the same hotel for even a lower price got a better room in a higher floor The second floor room was always smeling like food as the from seats right above the hotel’s kitchen

Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to the cleaning service and the help around the facility. Superb service. thw excellent client service keeps me returning to this hotel.

Close to many dining and shopping options. Porterhouse Steak House was the best one I visited while in Nicaragua. 20-25 taxi ride to the airport.
