Stayed here from 21st Dec to 25th Dec 2022 (4 nights). If you are visiting a hotel in Manali, especially in December, you would expect a room heater service. Well, they don't have a room heater. Instead, they have a paid heater not even enough to heat up your bed. Service is horrendous. Only giving 2 ratings because of the restaurant which is pretty good and the person in charge of the restaurant, his courteousness is impressive. Some points - 1. My travel agent was very helpful and tried to bargain for the room heater service which is 400 INR per night as I stayed for 4 nights, but they did not agree. And this has to be paid in cash only and they don't provide any receipt also for it. 2. Electricity was gone a few times. After complaining, they started the generator. 3. Nobody is going to help you with your bags on the day when you checkout :). They do it only while check-in :). Good points - 1. Location. Max 5 mins walking distance from mall road. They have parking also, which is a plus point, especially in Manali. 2. Food is very good if you are ok with veg. We have enjoyed the food. But if you are staying ＞ 2 days, breakfast options might start boring you. In a nutshell - Maybe a good budget hotel in summer, but please think for multiple times in winter.
