sharing my experience of December month. Hotel is situated at very hight from mall road, even auto struggle to reach. Human can not walk up to this hotel easily. Transportation is a major concern near this hotel. No auto or public transportation near this place. taxi charges huge amount. Auto charge 200 to drop mall road. Dont trust hotel staff who says auto mil jaate h or walk kar sakte h to reach mall road. Road is slippery in rainy or snow season. And even all roads of manali city is full of Jaam in oeak season of December, Jan and march to July. Major issue of electricity as it cut off multiple times in a day and every day same issue. Hotel Wifi dont work at all. Mobile netwok is also a major issue and so 4G or 5G internet network does not work. Only entertainment in hotel is their TV. Quite away from mall road but close to Hidimbha temple. No welcome drink on arrival. Buffet is arranged if you have choosen room with breakfast and dinner or lunch, rarely food is served in room. Food taste is average and sometimes poor. Biryani whixh is cooked (see pic) in long basmati rice, hotel staff cooked biryani in normal rice which is 50 rk kg. And they say " hamare paas to yahi h" Hitel food menu if very costly and prices are very high. Chai@70, chowmeen@300, Biryani@300, sandwich @250, Omlet@200. Maggi not available in hotel. Restaurant manager is very arrogant and talk rudely. All front staff is old age people and so they behave in very irritated manner. Reception male person who dress like old gentleman but is also arrogant sometimes and does not respond u properly. All rooms have balcony so choose wisely if need valley view room. In Non peak season. Premium room price is 2000 and reach 10000 in December. Very limited items in buffet for breakfast lunch or dinner. No in house cab facilities of hotel.

Very good hotel and staff. The GM Mr Koushal is a thorough gentle ***. Ramesh and Amit in the restaurant are doing a fantastic job. A little renovation of the rooms would do wonders to this property. We booked their 2 bedroom cottage which is relatively new and extremely spacious. Totally worth the money. Highly recommended hotel for families and couples.

We loved the hotel Shingar regency the location can't be beat ! we had a spacious with beautiful view and wonderful services and hospitality from the staff. we will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit.

We stayed in Shingar Regency last week for three days. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was very large and spacious. It had a wonderful view of the mountains and the city of Manali. The room had a swing, a large regular bed, a platform bed, a dining table for four and a seating area for two. Other than this, there were other furniture for our clothes, luggage as well as a dressing table with chair. These and other facilities made our stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They always try their best to help.

Very nice property. Well kept. GM Mr. Koushal is very warm & welcoming. Arranged seating and Wifi in the Conference Hall for my daughter’s exam in 5 minutes. That too before check-in. Looking forward to a great stay ahead.

We are Srilankan, have been this hotel on the 5 -6 March. Very nice hotel & excellent view from the room. Very helpful staff. Room service was excellent. I don’t expect so many varieties as 5 star hotel but the given food was excellent. I do not hesitate to choose this hotel again in my next visit to Manali. 👍

It was 1am when I reached the hotel so didn't notice anything. This is supposedly a 4-star hotel with 3 star/budget hotel standard. Rooms were not cleaned automatically on a daily basis. The balcony was full of birds droppings. I was told that I needed to hand over my room key at the reception if I wanted it to be cleaned. And this was not conveyed to me on the first day when I checked in. Power failure on 2nd night around 3am. Told by the reception that electricity will be only available at 6am. So that's 3 hours of not being able to use the toilet at night. When asked, I was asked if I wanted a candle! For subsequent power failures, generator not turned on immediately. Disrupted my sleep as the heater couldn't work. Though food was nice, the food selection was not like a 4-star spread, more like a 3-star hotel standard. The restaurant staffs were nice and friendly though. But this is not enough for a pleasant stay. The basics are missing. Not coming here again. Not worth my money.
