property location is very good. rooms are of old fashioned. there is building coming up immediate behind this hotel. as such it could not be worthwhile to stay in those rooms at the backside of hotel

We booked this hotel with high hope paying steep price but got a terrible service. We got a suite room with good space but shady stuff. Immediately after check-in the room, the realisation was there that we've paid heavy price for this shady old stuff. Tv wasn't working at all, intercom wasn't working, there was no amenities in bathroom except small bottles of shower gel, shampoo n small soap. Spent the night somehow and went downstairs for complimentary breakfast. To our utter surprise, breakfast wasn't ready at 8:45am. The guy at reception was clueless and said he is not sure if breakfast will be there or not, though we can order something if we want. We were clueless and frustrated. The restaurant serving (waiter) person mr. Sharma came into rescue and assured to give us something to eat. He came up with plate of fruits and parathas. Similar to us, another couple was staying in hotel having same experience and were fighting with that reception guy about complimentary breakfast. We got to know that this property sold and severely understaffed and left to rot now.

Property is old, no maintenance, poor hygiene, pathetic room condition, stinky washroom, linen is not cleaned, so much sound, birds making sound in roof as there might be access available to birds. Property marked as 4 star but our review is less than 2 star have to left the hotel and booked another hotel very next day. Breakfast start time 8:30 pm but could not able to check the quality as left out early for some sight seeing.

Very good hotel and location also very nice. Good service, supportive staff. The food was very delicious like everything.

I had booked for 3 days stay in family suite, they gave checked in at 3:30 even i reached here before 2pm. Toiletries and breakfast are only and only after several reminders, they don’t care customers. However their family suits have good space with 2 double bed is suitable for families. I find only one friendly person i. E. *** singh thakur.

Outside of hotel look like 3 star hotel, but inside room, it feels like 1 star hotel, its a old building, not worthy for 3 to 4k, and breakfast also not good.
