I had to ask several times (I don't know, 5 maybe even 7 times) to bring me a water to my room. I was asking at the reception and I was calling. Next time I had to wait at the reception and pressure them to get something.
My room wasn't cleaned because i didn't put sign on my door but ther was no sign to put. I asked someone to clean it, he said he will start in 30 min but he's never showed up.
On top of that, a client from the hotel asked me if I'm alone or with my *****.
I complained about all of that at the reception but the manager didn't do anything. So if the manager don't care about customer satisfaction the client won't be satisfied. And there is no surprise that the people there behave like scumbags. But I was actually more frustrated asking many times for the same thing over and over again.
If they care they could propose free breakfast or a massage in spa or whatever else, just to show that they care. But instead I was ignored. Don't recommend.

The hotel is good, clean. They allow me for early check in at 9 morning.
The worst thing in the Hotel is WIFI very poor and not always connected.

I made a stay in grand safir Hotel.recently reopened under new management it is like 5 star Well decorated the most comfortable room I have seen in years.management excellent. Tipsy panda night club well managed with variety of music. Hospitality second ro none. Highly Recommended Best in juffair. Mr Sree is top class manager of night club always takes care of guests Will recommend to all.

Excellent #superb service,superb coordination.mr.shashi is also mind blowing.mr,shashi providing great food and beverages services,he making nice cocktails .thank you for making feel like home .he is very helpful

Your parking attendants/security staff are not considerate in allowing guests park in your hotel. I was a potential customer ready to book in person and was asking them to allow me to park. They didn't allow me. Very unprofessional.

The staff at the executive lounge made me feel like I was home. I appreciate all of the love that I received from each and everyone of them. The chefs were always welcoming and the food was outstanding. However Suzette and Mary Jane made me feel like I was apart of their family. They were always so joyful and cheerful and just made feel so good. They always greeted me by my name and not as if I were another number. They will always be like family to me. I appreciate them and their hard work. Thank You to you both and good luck!
