曼切斯特哈特福德萬怡酒店(Courtyard Hartford Manchester)

This was my first time staying at this facility and I was very impressed with how clean, and quiet. I loved the layout of the room, and the fact that I was close to the elevator as I have a knee injury. Unfortunately I 2as unable to check out the restaurant as it was ine of the reasons I choose this hotel. I definitely loik forward to staying there in the future.

The staff was very nice, the room basically clean. Unfortunately, there were very loud and inconsiderate guests making nonstop loud noise in the hallways and adjacent rooms until late into the night. I called down to the front desk to ask for assistance, they promised to help, but nothing changed and I got absolutely no sleep.

Only issue I have is that it takes them FOREVER to return the incidental deposit..(I still haven’t received my return) also the person next door to my room was smoking..and I bet they’re gonna blame me (I don’t smoke) and keep my deposit.sucks man

The women who works the front desk was getting ready to leave but because she seem me standi g there she came rite over and checked me in with a great attitude thank you for that

Landscaping left something to be desired, grass not mowed or edged, scraggly looking, one little bar of soap in the room, none in the shower, no body wash….

Pleasant front desk workers. Clean good sized room. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants and shopping.

Charged at the end of stay 40.00 for parking in their half full lot. Dissatisfaction

Just not clean and welcoming hot tub wasn’t working right pool was dirty just super unhappy with stay
