普瑞米爾曼徹斯特中央酒店(Premier Inn Manchester Central)

酒店本身還是不錯的。房間設計友好，乾淨。客房內設有小型咖啡/茶吧、電視和吹風機。酒店沒有迷你吧。酒店區分免費wifi和速度更快的wifi，是收費的，據說速度相當快。早餐還可以。這里區分英式全套早餐和歐陸式早餐。歐陸式早餐僅包括甜味早餐。然而，與大陸上的往常一樣，這裡缺少奶酪和香腸。豐盛的早餐非常油膩。這兩種相當不健康的變體之間沒有真正的選擇。即使是對食物極度過敏的我，也很難吃到不含大量脂肪或糖分的健康早餐。根據酒店規定，禁止攜帶特別是低過敏性食品。你會在其他客人面前被工作人員大聲訓斥。荒謬！關於客房服務：四天后，我在前台要求打掃房間。更換了毛巾，清空了垃圾桶 - 但床不是新整理的！這必須單獨申請！這家 Premier Inn 絕對不會再是我的選擇。我知道其他 Premier Inn 酒店，我知道那裡有更好的服務。除了早餐區的紳士（在所有客人面前辱罵我是不合適的），所有員工都非常友好和禮貌。

I arrived at about 4:30 p.m.after a 5 a.m. start from home. I had had a busy day and was tired. Then Solange (on reception) gave me the lovliest welcome. I felt valued and cared for. So much that I wrote a thank you on their white board in reception. A good welcome makes all the difference. Solange has said that she is on duty for my whole stay (a week) and I couldn't be in better hands. Thank you!

The hotel was probably one of the biggest we stayed in. It was perfectly clean. The room was really clean and pristine. We arrived a little early. The reception team was lovely and accommodating. Vanessa was really Friendly and was informative. She was interested in our visit and asked when we left if our visit with family was nice. The lifts all worked which was important being so high up. Breakfast was fully stocked. Plenty of staff with plenty of plates cutlery. Was enjoyable staying and will be back

I am writing this review as I went to see my daughter at this hotel who was a guest. Upon arrival I queried the parking as before travelling from Sheffield the website had said free parking. I traveled with an 81-year-old who has just had a knee replacement and is awaiting a hip replacement. I was told by Jamie from the Maintenance Department that the parking would be okay and we wouldn’t have to pay. He said it would be free and not to worry on the timescale; to leave our car details at Reception. What a kind & helpful gentleman. If only Alex the Deputy/ Assistant Manager was as friendly & helpful. He certainly had no customer service skills and dismissed my concerns when trying to leave our details for Jamie. He had the personality of a sweaty slipper; no smiles coming from his mouth! Jamie thank you for being compassionate, I had not seen my daughter for 6 months. Although we only stayed for a drink & to leave presents for my granddaughter you made the experience so positive. The room was lovely, near everything including the tram, Man Utd Stadium & with a view of the canal.

Charged twice , near impossible to find help or to make a complaint. Who do I speak to about being wrongly charged , and how do I complain, ? I have no idea. Numbers given don’t work week ( closed) and no reference ax to who I complain to , or how to get a refund. Can someone from premiere in. Respond please

I spent the weekend at the hotel, Dagma served me very nicely, she was smiling, talkative, clean rooms, nice atmosphere, greetings to the people working at Premier Inn Central . The hotel is located in a very nice place, close to the center for shopping, public transport close to everywhere.

The hotel is very convenient for the tram system, e.g., getting to the Lowry. We requested a quiet room and were allocated one at the back of the hotel. We had a good night's sleep. In the morning, the breakfast area was spacious and the food plentiful, but the staff seemed stressed.

Both mornings the hot breakfast was like warm at best. However, in general the staff were excellent and the hotel was clean. The premium rooms are on the second floor and if you are at the front you will hear teams all day especially early in the morning.

First room smelled of sewage, bathroom door rotten, bathroom mouldy. Very friendly and helpful reception team and was moved to an alternative room which was much better but still fairly grubby. Can't fault the staff who were excellent but some of the rooms are no longer fit for purpose.
