The hotel and restaurant staff were not friendly. They answered guests’ questions in an impolite and rude manner.
I had two bookings for my family: one for 3 nights and another for 4 nights. I requested towel replacement in the morning at 7 a.m. We went out for the day and returned at 6 p.m., but the towels had not been changed and the room had not been cleaned. I had already informed the receptionist, but no action was taken.
For three days, the room was not cleaned at all. On the last day, we canceled our remaining booking and made a new reservation at another hotel through the app, and moved hotels suddenly. We felt very uncomfortable staying there.
